How goes with Virtual Casino?

    Hi Hansi007!

    Welcome to the forum!

    About a month ago Virtual casino was launching a new webmaster program, and they knew their image wasn't as stellar as they had hoped, so they hired on a dude named "Joe Black" to help clean up the mess.

    He opened a line of communication with me to try and resolve player complaints. This lasted about a week-and-a-half.


    But then should I have expected anything different??

    I can persue this via RTG, but don't hold your breath for a quick resolution.
