as always i first clicked, logged in and was disappointed. then read the whole thing and decided to abandon...

Support was some of the worst I have ever come across - ignorant - rude and arrogant. I then had a major runaround when I
was finally proven right on the bonus issue and just wanted my deposit back. A terrible experience and one I will never repeat.

A crap outfit (unless they have fired all the support and management and started from scratch)

avoid this cess pit - they had no clue what they were doing.

p.s after the debacle was over I closed my account to something like 2035

that exactly is the impression they could be like when annoyed about that stupid promotion... thats like: we have 20.000 clients - the 20 who are fastest get each these 2 euro - you have to carry it 200 miles on foot before you finally own it^^
