I am still awaiting a reply but I have stated the above throughout the case and it has fallen on deaf ears. I'm not convinced they even understand the significance of the licence change. They seem to think that grace media are Nektan and vice versa(the same operator) It's so bizarre. They are clearly being lied to by grace media but taking them at their word. It is not evidence based at all.
When I raised my complaint I asked in my email how I went about raising an official complaint about how they handled my case and listed the point of the outcome that I felt were wrong. They accepted the email as a complaint and about 4 - 6 weeks later I got an email from them to say that my complaint had been upheld.
Well there's hope then, in that they actually research the truth and acknowledge it as they should. It is clearly evident my winnings are legitimate. I'll await their response and report back here.
