Hi - having submitted to a PAB, because I had completed a registration with a typo on my birthday (but all my other information correct, plus submitted ID before I defeated the chip and tried to cash out), maxd has deemed the casino to be 'well justified' in denying my withdrawal.
I have forwarded to him, the following note, and with this, bid all the Casinomeister people a fond farewell:
Dear maxd:
Since I gave them my ID in advance of trying to cash out whatsoever, and since I used my correct name and address, it is unlikely that I fudged my birthday - there are no remaining reasons, nor anywhere to hide.
I agree that it is their terms, and, similar to a malfunction - too bad for me.
However, I do believe that since you deem them 'well justified' that we depart at this juncture, as it is patently unreasonable.
I am a bit relieved. Some things add up...some don't.
