Hitman...

Whether you do well at this slot game depends on whether you hit big on the features. I am playing for fun at an MG casino and I have hit the bonus feature (where you pick an agent) 6 times. I picked the same agent each time with varying bonus amounts. However, when I picked the weapon, which was again the same, I got the lowest mutiplier ie 2x on each and every occasion. That is very improbable mathematically and is about 1 in 15000. I will continue and see whether this continues and if it does then there seems to be something wrong.

This is my distribution of multipliers from memory:
*2: 20 times
*3: 4 times
*4: 1 times
*5: 0 times
*6: 0 times

It is obvious that even though there are 5 weapons and 5 different multipliers it does NOT mean every weapon match one unique of these multipliers. Instead every weapon has it own multiplier which can be any of these, however the lower ones are heavily weigthed.

So when you see 5 weapons the normal situation is probably that they hide
multipliers like this: *2,*2.*2,*3,*2,*4

And I agree it is misleading. Weighted 'picking games' is misleading.

Played at two different casinos

Played hitman at roadhouse reels and 7 sultans. Hit bonus round more at roadhouse reels.

Between the two casinos:

multiplier

X6-2times
x4-4times
x2-2times

Thats all I can remember. But between both only got the 18 free spins 3 times and the payout not very good, regardless of the size of my bet.

I agree that when hitting the bonus round the payout is usually good. But I noticed it is really good when playing .05 and .10 regardless of the number of coins, meaning the guy I choose and multiplier are higher. Probably just coincidence.

While I'm not thrilled about the theme of the game, I like the mechanics of it, the high quality graphics. The sound still doesn't seem to be stereo (though most times I keep sound off, anyway) and after over 2000 spins spread over various bet sizes at 3 different casinos, I still haven't seen the PDA (or whatever it is) bonus -- the one where 3 have to show up on the last 3 reels. None of the other bonus rounds have been remarkable. I am glad MG finally put a bit of thought and time into actually designing a game rather than simply redecorating existing game engines.

Would I play it very much? No. But I would play it more often than the Porky or High Life games.

LOL. To be fair though, I'd slit my wrists more often than I'd play those two :D

Hitman is definately a major advancement after months of cloning and meeting targets - best thing since ISIS  And hey...did you guys know that those three wild-symbol animations are GIF files?!? :eek2:

LOl yup - true. They are between 6 and 8 meg each. But more amazing to me is the quality of those video-like animations can be delivered by a gif! An enterprising sould with some gfx skills (or gif animation software) could have some fun with that ;) You could also replace sounds and music in the slots with your own :D

For the 'old' slots I've tried by converting .dat into pcx, manipulating/replacing, then saving as pcx and renaming as original.dat when out of pshop, but I just get blurries. Do they have to be transparent gifs? Last time I tried, slotsroyal updated and locked up when it ran across them. ughh, uninstalled. The file sizes were too big, that might have been why? Artifacts from conversions?:what:

PM the goods somebody:D

hope they dont put up silly dull clones of hitman?

If it proves popular, I thiunk it is inevitable there will be clones over time. That's not always a bad thing, so long as it's a good game. Thunderstruck bred clones like Spring Break and Ladies Nite which have also proved popular so it can work. It's when you end up with naff clones of naff slots that you start to worry where your drive space went :)

That's one good thing about RTG's Real Series. They have loose cloning of some slots, but there is always a twist in the feature that makes it interesting. Witness "Caesar's Empire" and "Honey To The Bee". Very similar gameplay and feature trigger, but the features are different enough (10 spins + extras for scatters vs. 15 spins and retriggers) to warrant having a bash at both.

I agree these are some good clones, but that is also because the themes are good. And at that time Thunderstruck was the best slot and the free-spin feature was new and basically all MG had. So besides the themes that is also why the clones became so popular. The situation is not the same today.
Besides with the heavy-weight MG download-client has I do not want more
clones.

Individual 8 meg gif files? I wonder if MG's lead programmer is the CEO's teengage son or something.

Anyway, this weekend I had the opportunity to blow about 70 spins, and I thought it was pretty darn shiny. I hit one bonus (the insignia thing), and I never saw more than one wild onscreen (darn). But I really liked the theme (video game nerd, here), and the graphics, and the general structure of the slot.

I didn't like that so many of the bonus symbols were confined to the middle reels.

I haven't tried this game as yet and doubt I will until I get I get a computer which has a minimum of 1G of RAM and Dual Core Processors. I had a hell of a time with this last upgrade/update. I had to uninstall both Dash and 32Red, as neither one would load. I have now finally re d/l 32, but not Dash as yet. One bright note, the other games seem to work the best that they have in a year or more...lightning fast.

Slightly off topic, but I'm still waiting for MG to come out with the option of only downloading the games I WANT. This last (re) download took me about 9 hours in total, and I have DSL. Absolutely ludicrous to d/l and install over 200 games when I only ever play 15-20 maximum...and never table games or video pokers.

Back on topic, the game looks like loads of fun from the screenies I've seen so far.

OT for split second here...

Wonder if an affiliate with a super computer could 're-serve' MG games to 'clients' one at a time..... never mind - get some sleep lojo

I sort of like low rolling Hitman but something for me just feels off about the slot. I think it is the feeling that that "big win" isn't going to save you. The slot has a bunch of features but none of them really have a big win feel about them. Granted I have seen some decent screen shots from people but when I play it the free spins don't get my blood pumping and I don't like two things about the free spins, the initial triggering "18" symbol doesn't have any value associated to it and it can not be retriggered. I have never been a fan of slots where they only pay 2X and the feature can't be retriggered. All in all it is a cool looking slot it just has a yawning play factor for me and I always feel like I am going broke playing it lol.

HITMAN should be called SHITMAN.....this is a game which IF it paid something would be great....$100 spent and stuff all ,had 18 free spins once and got zilch, had the three symbals and picked the lowest on two occasions and never even got to the main feature betting 105....it has lost me for good.

Lot of hours, no luck

Well guys I am down about 300$ on this slot trying everything from a .30 cents bet up to a 1.50$. I have had the bonus numourous times and even had the 18 free spins back to back, that's right I was betting .60 cents and won 3.40$ for the first round of spins and 9$ for the second round. I know I am not betting alot but that is still brutal for 36 free spins 2x. The sad thing is that I have been hitting the bonuse's rather frequently, but I am still going broke. Anyone have any suggestions for a game that has a great bonus where there is a good chance you will win alot of money, even if the bonus doesn't come up alot, I am willing to try a high pay bonus slot. Thanks Rory

Prime Property, just don't get frustrated if you get the "start free spins" right away on the first pick and stick with it until you get the bonus feature again. I have made a killing on this slot this month.

My favourite is "Halloweenies" because there you can also get 2 difference bonus rounds, when 3 symbols appears anywhere.

The bonus rounds come really very often and it needs at most no 100 spins, to get the bous round and sometimes you get 1-2 respins in the free bonus round and that's at most a greater win, because there are always 13 free spins with multiplier x3 :)

But it's only MY favourite and i've tried more slots, but only had much luck with them.
You can certainly try it at first in the FUN-Mode, then you can see, if you like it too :)

I've played also Tomb Raider, but never had any luck with them, also on Thunderstruck. They are both really good slots, but i never get there any bonus rounds/free spins :(

On all these, the bonus hits on average every 130-150 spins:-
Loaded: Take the 12 spins at x 4.
Harveys: Pray for 30 free-spins with some x25 multipliers!
Dolphin Tale: Only play 20-25 lines; on the feature take just 5 free-spins & hope for a monster catch! ;)

Isis:
For extreme variance play 5 lines etc. I have played Isis for days at only 0.1$/spin (5 lines, 0.02$ each). But because Isis is so high variance you do not need to bet as much as you are used to when you play all 25 lines.
