HIGHROLLER.COM self-exclusion

I have made self-exclusion because gambling problem to highroller over year ago.
Last week i was playing casino highroller.com , after the playing i remember that i have a limit on that casino.
I check it my email and there is email 1.15.2021:

I contact now highroller.com that how i can play that i have email and my self-exclusion notice that i don't want to play. They answer:

"There is no connection with the previously available highroller hence no data is carried from any previous activity with another operator. If you have concerns about conduct based on any potential history with the previous operator, I need to refer you to reach out to them directly highroller

I want to assure you that your HighRoller account with us is now closed and that you will no longer receive any marketing materials from us. Also note that you are not allowed to create a new account. We also recommend you to close any other gambling accounts you may have with other operators."

So this is intresting that they say they don't have anything to do but they send a email from SAME email address where they say that i don't need to do anything, because my account is self-exclusion and everything is ok and they have the data for that?

yes they changed ownership and are now operating under curacao... And thats a wrap. Problem solved.
This new high roller operates for Finns under an Estonian license. Same thing with Friday.
I guess OP in this thread is from Finland. :)
