Also, why is 'White Rabbit' listed as 75% wagering contribution? It's not like you can get through the wagering by buying features, without falling foul of the £5 max bet rule, and playing the game enough to get the buy a feature below the £5, or even just playing the game itself is probably wagering suicide.

I made a deposit of £40 using the 100% bonus. My suggestion is that you had better be prepared for a big increase in demand if you are committed to include the UK market and wish to take it seriously. The lag is awful and it resulted in me simply wanting it to finish so I can move on before bed.
It did give some longevity in play time but not the type I wished for.
As an also. Your reward indicator while playing slowed down so quickly during playing my first deposit suggests that long term depositing will only result in a depositor experiencing less and less incentive in wanting to keep being involved at Highroller.

Fair point on 5. Localization/translation oversight. We will amend the bonus terms.
Re. White Rabbit @ 75%, our initial call after getting a few users trying to abuse the bonus on this game and others. This will likely be reviewed as our team grows.

Hey, thanks for feedback. We have been getting strong volumes from nordic countries where we have been operating for a month, so I'm keen to understand more about the lag you experienced from UK. Will pm you with specific questions about your setup. Re. progress speed we have been very careful not to increase the level length too fast too much, however happy to discuss your own experience of it. Re. incentive, the level up rewards are sync'd to the bets between levels, so how much you can get rewarded by does increase with levels length.

Thank you Pidge I shall continue playing later because there are a lot of things to like about Highroller. Instead of using Chrome I shall try using Firefox as it has solved connection issues in the past at other casino's. It is also possible that the perceived slowing down of the progress bar is directly related to the lag I experienced

With regards White Rabbit, I found that one of the casinos I play at now has not allowed this game to be played with bonus funds. I am guessing that you can keep collecting coins to the point you just need the one, after which you stop playing this game until you are not wagering and then get a freebie bonus. Can be seen as bonus abuse I guess.

2 bits of feedback from me:

Firstly, the self-exclusion thing is good except for one thing. It assumes that all self-exclusions are because of problem gambling. When I was affiliating (and the MT policy has hopefully changed by now), I'd test a casino and end by self-excluding a) to test the process and b) because I'd end up with 100's of accounts. Unfortunately MT's policy meant I was badged as a problem gambler which a) was insulting and b) meant I couldn't test their other casinos and I suspect I wouldn't be able to play at High Roller either.

Secondly, despite that I did try signing up and it prompted me to receive a verification code to my phone. I never give a correct mobile phone number to casinos so I had to give up - there should be an email verification option.

Good luck with the project though. Knowing who is behind it I know it will do well
