High noon casino Shuts me off

Yep, i know she did because she responded to my PM to her today. She said she needs to review the account and thread.

I knew she would get on it as soon as she saw it. Karolina is one of the best.
 
After liking some of the games from RTG and ragging bull had no luck I thought I would try highnoon casino, I no there accredited and been signed up long time, So downloadded and went to deposit, I see no deposit options, I than go to live chat and ask why is no deposit option showing, Within 2 seconds I get a pop up that been disconnected by administrator, I try log in and get a message telling me I am not allowed,

This is the rudest CS I have ever come across, Maybe U.K are not allowed but please do not just cut me, If I ran that casino they would be sacked on the spot,

No reason just bang and thats it,

I just checked and for some reason you were able to log in to your account. We do not accept real money wagers from UK players. When this change was introduced we managed to lock UK player accounts and disable any deposit options in case there may be some error and UK player will be able to log in. Seems as this happened in your case. As you've seen there are no deposit or withdrawal options in cashier when you logged in.

When you connected to the live support they spotted that your account is active and you are able to log in. According to our UK exclusion the CS person had to close the account.

I'm sorry that you feel this way. The live CS should of explain in more detail what will happen however she did after disabling the account.

As you can see from my screen shot its different from yours, AS the CS disabled my account than I guess I was unable to get any more message, I think leaving my account open for one more minute would not of hurt, Just to make sure I was informed properly,

Not a very good practice to disable an account half way a talk, Just if waited till the chat was over than this thread would not exist,

I understand your point and agree. It seems as the account was disabled first and couple seconds later CS agent explained this on chat. You should be able to see this message as chat is not integrated with casino shell at all.

All I can do is apologize about this situation. I will make sure that CS manager is aware of this.

My apologies than,

If I had received that last bit of message I would of been a happy customer,

But as soon as I clicked ok than every thing terminated my side,
