High noon casino Shuts me off

After liking some of the games from RTG and ragging bull had no luck I thought I would try highnoon casino, I no there accredited and been signed up long time, So downloadded and went to deposit, I see no deposit options, I than go to live chat and ask why is no deposit option showing, Within 2 seconds I get a pop up that been disconnected by administrator, I try log in and get a message telling me I am not allowed,

This is the rudest CS I have ever come across, Maybe U.K are not allowed but please do not just cut me, If I ran that casino they would be sacked on the spot,

No reason just bang and thats it,

It's not so much they don't want to take you, but the fact I don't know of any RTG's that have a UKGC licence. RB will take us in the UK as you know, but you'll find it's harder and harder to find methods to pay them from the UK aside from credit/debit cards.

You could try Bovada. They have a mix of RTG and some others. I stopped playing there because of limited payment options for USA players but that may not be an issue for you.
 
The thing is it may of been an error? But could log in perfect before this, If they did cut me off it just goes to show how terrible CS can be at places, They no they cannot except you so instead of a sorry or hopefully in the future its a straight out cut off,

I am human, Just because they may not be able to accept a deposit of me does not mean they should give you the finger, I did send the rep a message the instant I done the thread, Hopefully can let us know,

Real Time Gaming haven't got a license in the UK as far as I know and they apparently doubt they will get one if the applied. That is the only reason I can see why they haven't. If they are not licensed then no licensed casino can offer them to the UK market.

They obvious got a finger switch, the time I write my sentence she was obvious looking at account, I think I have one other acount with them but not played in years, I know I talked to the rep some time back as had a complaint about the bonus deposit amount but thats it, But way befor the UK rules,

The rep was rude by cutting me off, I know they did and so would alot of people, For what reason I not know, But most likely as in uk,

I have seen to many threads about customers being cut off and people jump into to say its most likely a connection, Yes but I will put money it was not this time for the reason,

It's more surprising that a UK account was still active at this stage, as Club World ditched the UK ages ago, some time just prior to Oct 1st last year. They should have closed all UK accounts that had no money in them right away, and made sure that any UK player that did try logging in received a meaningful error message, rather than a "rude" abrupt disconnect in the middle of a conversation without further explanation.

Casinos should also be aware that when they use cost cutting shortcuts like automated chat bots, but hide this from their customers by giving them human names, profile pictures, etc, a technical error in the chat bot is going to be interpreted as very rude behaviour from a human CS rep.

It is rude my friend, People that say it may be a disconnect etc need to rethink them selfs,

I could clearly see the reason why so why not the sorry? Instead of cutting you out and giving you the finger?

I have had no emails about this, I am a affiliate which I need to catch up on, I may have an email about no UK but not received one as a player, I managed to download the casino and log in many times over 2 days than noting as soon as I go to chat,

I know players can been rude to CS I have a few times but out of thousands of chats, But only because the Qs I ask was simple ones and got a stupid answer, To be cut off like that is bad if you ask me,
 
What a drag spintee its a bad day when a site that i have chosen not to play at turns around and does a really nasty thing. It may be that it is reaier to just shut you down but you are right i have been dealing with doors being shut in my face at casino,s for year,s now. And it does not make it any better if you do get a chance to chat with a real person:eek: I feel for ya bro! This whole issue of the laws of countries causing us to feel like we are 2nd class people because we don,t live in the right zip code is getting old. Give it back in aces and just figure it is their loss.Keep playin and i will hope that in the future we will be able to play at ANY casino site in the world and beyond! Peace Out! Out Of The Mist!

Any word from Karolina or any other rep at CWG on this issue? This is similar but not exact to what i was talking about in America thread about the Customer Service in the help and pop up options, rude. Granted this could have been an internal eerror but still needs looked at and the op's informed properly. IF the OP does as they stated have an old account that was not used, most casinos close them down after a period of time usually 6 months of no deposits. So they should be free and clear. I am hoping this can be easily cleared up.
 
It gives the impression that no matter how well one is treated as a customer, their true colours show when they know there is zero chance of them (or any business) making any further money from a customer. In the case of online casinos, this happens when laws change and it is no longer considered legal to take money from customers from certain countries. We have seen on several occasions that even top VIP customers are suddenly treated like something the cat dragged in, and behind it we often find a reason why the business can no longer make money from that customer. Even players who have had outstanding balances and issues when a casino bails from a given country find that CS will no longer even talk to them, let alone conclude the resolution of the problem, or swiftly pay outstanding balances.

A business that is NOT so shallow needs to make sure that it doesn't do anything to give the appearance that it is.

I dis see the other post in the America thread about the cs, & no the rep has not got back, But I do not think they have seen the thread looking at who has read it,

I had two accounts in the group witch I sure I deposit at the other but due to a wrong info about the deposit amount I was abit pissed of and did not deposit at noon, But thought I would give them a try due to them being accredited, Ended up depositing at ragingbull at the end, Deposit to much yesterday, Went and done a quick job yesterday morning and spent x3 the money I charged on machines so decided to go and get a pint, CHEAPER :)

A lot of sites range from 6 18 months with no activity but I have logged on to sites 5 years later and still going?

I even promote theses guys, I just looked at my account and had 0 sign ups, My fault as sites not just right, Running on it now and will be sorted in a few weeks, does take some time to get right,

If they not replied to me or replied to post in 2 days already than its the 1st site thats going to go, I know the rep here is great but it looks like its just a front, Come to the best casino site on the web to make a few happy?

Sorry but its not good enough, Just imagine if players are stuck, To be kicked out of chat. bared from log in, what means have they have? Untill they find sites such as this,

Sorry Spintee but you knew or should have known that CWG does not allow UK players.

You are also barking up the wrong tree by inferring there is anything wrong with CWG customer service. They happen to be the best at customer service of any RTG casinos. You could have easily sent a PM to Karolina to get an answer instead of trying to drag a good group through the mud.

If you want a list of RTG casinos with crappy CS, let me know. There are plenty but CWG is not one of them.

So she will probably get to it today or tomorrow or is investigating it so she can post properly. Do i think that customers deserve at the very least a comment that the account is being reviewed "YES", however, due to my history with CWG via ALl Star And Buzzluck i honestly believe that she will get to it.

As per horseplayer's post above I have not tried dragging cwg through the mud, I simply stated my thought's about my experience, I mean I thought this was a place to express our experience, If a casino is going to give somebody the finger knowing that they can not play so have no time for them than I am sure others would like to know, Even if it was a cut of by accident which why than could I not log in? A email would of been great,

If the casino explained in a friendly manner the reason than there would of been no use for the post, I did state RTG sites are a hit and miss due to there licencing, RTP settings, & other things,

I certainly did not know about them not taking U.K, I may of missed this somewhere but there was no sign when I went to the sites, Normally sites have restricted country or will not let you sign in, I even went as far as downloading the casino.

I do hope you get your things sorted,
