I know we have another VS thread here but wanted to separate this and give a big thanks to Dan, had an issue with a wire transfer that my bank kicked back after receiving 3 previously without incident, not only did they kick it back but took it upon themselves to remove a service fee as well, Dan and I got the issue worked out and VS graciously replaced the fee on their own accord, excellent service.

RBC, never had an issue with literally hundreds of transfers, this time they licked it back asking for a routing number, something that has never been asked for in the past.
