I am new to the site and chose a casino which is on your accredited list, Casinoluck
I am not very savvy with the casino jargon..but I hope someone can advise me in English
I signed up,played the bonus and won £300 cash,£200 of which I withdrew. Then I recieved an email today stating that I had a duplicate account,so the latest one would be closed!! Apparently,but in all honesty,I am so forgetful,I 'self excluded' on the first account..There are so many casinos out there,that I honestly did not realise my mistake.
Have I now lost all my winnings fair and square to the casino?
My beef,is that if they had noticed I had opened and closed an account before,then why take my deposit? Surely their systems are adequate enough to pick up on this? They do not seem to have any problems taking your monies.
Can I get my winnings?
