I am new to the site and chose a casino which is on your accredited list, Casinoluck

I am not very savvy with the casino jargon..but I hope someone can advise me in English :)

I signed up,played the bonus and won £300 cash,£200 of which I withdrew. Then I recieved an email today stating that I had a duplicate account,so the latest one would be closed!! Apparently, but in all honesty,I am so forgetful,I 'self excluded' on the first account..There are so many casinos out there, that I honestly did not realise my mistake.

Have I now lost all my winnings fair and square to the casino?
My beef,is that if they had noticed I had opened and closed an account before, then why take my deposit? Surely their systems are adequate enough to pick up on this? They do not seem to have any problems taking your monies.

    Can I get my winnings?

Oh crap. Here we go again. Too many posts about this problem. You guys have to educate yourselves on this stuff as the casino will always win.

    Hi Juliette,

first of all, welcome to the forum.

It's unfortunate that you opened more than one account with Casinoluck and got your winnings voided. It's the classic live and learn situation. If you have self-excluded on more casinos and you don't remember all of them, ask support-staff after your registration if any other accounts can be found under your name and also on casinos that share the same license (very important!). There have been plenty of cases where players got their accounts closed because of that.

Nevertheless I wish you a great time browsing through the forum.

As others have said - you're probably screwed. :(
I personally believe the way just about every casino on the net works regarding this issue is totally wrong. Surely it is not rocket-science for a little computerised program to compare the name & address of all new player registrations, and block any that are duplicate or excluded accounts or fraudulent players? It would literally take a millisecond!
All we hear is BS excuses from the casinos as to why they can't do this.

Unfortunately, for now that is the playing field we have to use if we want our little online flutter - so we must all make sure we record all our accounts at every casino (including any exclusions), and if there is ever any doubt in your mind - ask first.

Welcome to the best casino forum on the web!

    Was reimbursed all monies.

    Hi all

Casinoluck actually gave me my money back after realizing that I had duplicate accounts!

Thanks you for your support and one up to Casinoluck. :)
