Well, it's gotten to the point that I've started forwarding every single email (including headers) that I recieve from this group to CP once they come in.
I'd suggest everyone take a few minutes out of their day and do the same thing. Maybe they'll get a clue once they start getting hundreds more spam reports everyday.

Not to step on your toes, but what do you think to archive with that? Casino Partners is getting since months all this crap forwarded not only from me, but from not only a handfull of webmasters. They must been getting a shitload of this spam forwarded every single day... I don't even think anymore that they even check all this mails, probably even forward all this forwarded e-mails via a spamfilter in their own spam mail boxes...
E-mails concerning this problem are not answered at all by Casino Partners.. OK, a few mails started to get an answere as this issue was getting exposed more and more... Then finally Laurent made a few short replies on CAP about this, since this spame started again a few days ago there is again no answer from Casino Partners!!!
here again a few links to the threds for everyone to read about it themselfes:

Hi Everyone - Our Media team is working with a third party company that does email marketing. Most of it has been legit and no complain came through. Since they're some kind of proxy between their partners and us, they use different domains. A few of their partners thought they could spam and now we're shuting them one by one and validate the good guys.

Cedric - The thread started friday night. We were back in the office sunday morning. The fact that i didn't reply sunday doesn't mean the issue wasn't being taken care of. Basically we're dealing with this spam problem for the last couple of months. there are some good guys doing 100% legit email marketing that are being penalized because of a couple of spammers thatmanage to sneak in the third party system. We've issued some new guidelines to our partner which hopefully will reduce significantly the risk of having a spammer as part of the network.

As of yesterday this group of affiliate isn't part of our group. What you see today is probably the remaining of what was sent yesterday.

As i explained in a previous email, those emails origniated from a few campaigns that were managed by a third party agency that our media arm was dealing with. This agency managed a lot of campaign for us over the last few years and the spam issue came up only recently.
Our group has cut ties with this agency.

As i stated in a previous post that those spammers had been banned from sending traffic to our network.
Please send me whatever you received within the last 72 hours.
We do care about our brands, reputation and credibility. As i explained previously those spammers worked through a third party which worked with us for years without sending any sort of spam. We've stopped all contacts and dealing with this third party due to the recent spam problems.

Thats it, even that there are numerous threads on several gambling boards was the last time Laurent posted anything on 07-23-2006! Even that there are more postst since then on all this threads and all the boards Laurent and Casino Partners don't answere at all to the accusations... Is this tactics? Why he is only replying at CAP, why not at the GPWA or Casinomeister? I didn't really expect Casino Partners to reply to me and my Forum at GamblingGuards.com just for the fact that I don't got the Memberbase where it could be interesting to Casino Partners to make a statement.
Anyway, Laurent told on CAP that Casino Partners has cut ties with this agency and that those spammers had been banned from sending traffic to Casino Partners Network... He also told that:
We've stopped all contacts and dealing with this third party due to the recent spam problems.
So why this spam started then again a few days ago using the same affiliate ID's what were used in the spamwave from May to July??? If they would have cut ties with this so called agency (you can read my findings and opinion on the guys behind this on numerous boards, no sense to write this all over again...)
If those spammers were really banned from sending traffic to their Network then why exactly the same Affiliate accounts are still active... The only way to stop a spammer is to disable his affiliate accounts!!! That wasn't done at all in this case here...
If Casino Partners really stopped all contacts and dealings with this third party marketing agency then why all this Affiliate accounts are still used in mailings...
The only change I can see is that the hi-roller template and the downloaded software changed from Vegas Red to a green template called sometimes greentable casino or secure casino or whatever else... Also changed the software you download to Casino Tropez! That are all the changes what where done....
Oh, and there were some changes to the mailinglists used to spam... After Laurent told us that the ties are cut and that they stopped to work with this spammers we had about 2 days quiet from all this hi-roller spam... Interesting was that I myself and other webmasters received now mails in other languages to other e-mail accounts, the advertising in other languages... for example I received now only spam for greentable casino to my .de e-mail adresses and the ads were in german, the software downloaded now was from tropez...
and... and... and...
My opinion is that Casino Partners is doing not really anything to stop this, keeping themselfes quiet to the whole issue.... I don't want to accuse them of beeing involved directly in this high professional spam operation, but I accuse them of letting this spam happen at all and not doing anything about this... !!!
*********************
I for myself have taken my consequences, since last night all of the Casino Partners Casinos were removed from all my sites... CP was removed from my affiliate directorys.... I just got enough of this crap and not ending spam...
I don't want to advise any webmaster to do the same, its up to yourself, but what I will do is this:
I will list all Websites of you guys on my GamblingGuards.com site, providing you a backlink without asking you to provide a link back to my site!
So everyone who removed all the Casino Partners Properties from their sites and removed Casino Partners from their affiliate directorys because of this recent/ongoing spam issue are welcome to send me an PM with your sites where you removed all the CP Casinos!... It would be great to also get a short explanation/opinion why you removed the CP Casinos...
I'm well aware of the fact that many of you will not like me for this, many of you are making money with them... I also was making money with them in the past... There will be allways different opinions of different peoples of what is right and what is wrong..
I just want to show that there are enough gambling webmasters not going for the spam and are not willing to promote any Program's Casinos what are not taking action against their spammy affiliates.
CP was shurly going way to far with this in my point of view, this was ongoing way to long... CP had the power to stop this completely but the same affiliate accounts are still active and beeing still used in the spam mailings.
I'm NOT willing to wait any longer on this issue beeing resolved. I was doing a long time business with them, sending them my traffic, making special deals with them and even playing myself in their casinos.... Until yesterday, like I stated before, I removed them completely last night from all my sites and removed even their casinos from my computer... I will not support them anymore in any way because of this never ending and after three months still not resolved spam issue!
Were this leads the future will show, many guys raving about them and theatening to take their casinos off their sites.... Many will do this, others will not, it depends on many things, webmasters not making a lot of money with them will maybe even taking them off, others what mostly make their money with them probably will not take them off... I for myself know that there are other programs out there what really fight spam and taking immidiatly action on spammers... This will be the programs I will focus on in the future...
Always remember that it is in your hands to stop SPAM, there will be no mystic power to stop them, the only point you can make is to remove them and stop supporting them in sending those programs your traffic! Affiliate programs only make money because of their many many affiliates they have, without them they would have no way to run a profitable operation! The problem here is that some of them not even care about a few affiliates leaving them, just because they don't even feel a big difference... They will do and do what they want, not caring about what they read about themselfes on gamblingboards, not caring about anything at all.... No wonder, they still have enough affiliates what sending them a huge amount of traffic and amounts of players every single day... my opinion...
Think about it...!
