Hi - Possible Betway Self Exclusion issue.

So I've been reading some comments on here about Self exclusion ( yes I know) you may be thinking not again...

However your advise will be really helpfully as I duno where I stand with this.

ANYWAYS cut a long story short. I'm a vurable gambla. And know I have a problem now, Im from the UK and S/E on the 15th April. Anyways I managed to get on betway site still using same DOB name telephone number. I deposited £5000 and lost it all on the 24th April... I registed with Gamstop and still was allowed to play. I emailed betway support team they said the will past this on to the operation team. They came back with a reply saying I can't have my deposit as S E was applied after my deposits. I emailed Gamstop confirming my S E date which was from 15th April. So I have proof of this. Am I edegable to get my deposits back?

OK, I have moved this thread across to the 'Self Exclusion Complaints' forum as this appears to be yet another of that category.

You may find there was a delay between the system updating and the casino's usage of the data.
 
I've got it confirmed from Gamstop that I was self exclusion from the 15th of April. They did say that it may take 24 hours for it to update. However surly from this should be updated by the 24th April. I've spoken to the betway support team today and they identified this is there error for not identifying my s e on their side and they said they have had incedents like this before and have offered a refund. However I won't be at ease until I get it in black and white. I have a paper trail that I can follow aswel. I've spoke to the ukgc whom are interested in what is going on and spoken to a law firm aswel. I'm not a fraudster and people like me SE should be in place for people like me with a problem

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone can help me, with this. 4 out of 5 of my information was a match and the casino are saying its meant to be 5 out of 5.. What are my next steps regarding this. I've contacted the ukgc and they said forward information to them which I will. Just wondering what route to take. As I do not what to do a charge bk
