I have a Dispute with moneygaming.com about the VIP bonus I played recently. I am going to talk you through what happened..

So I played here and won alot on Blackjack tables then my account was frozen even before I could complete the wagers for the bonus I received. They asked for my ID documents, I sent in and my account was re opened. So now it was time to play some wagering, I was confused about the terms they had, this part - 'Placing initial wagers on a low weighted game (such as blackjack) and moving your bonus stake and bonus winnings to a high weighted game (such as slots) in order to meet the wagering requirements' As I had played Blackjack i was worried now what to play going forward. I opened Live chat for some advice and this is a small part of the confo we had..

lolxxlol: but roulette will only count 25%?
    18:36 lolxxlol: so overall i must wager 29.000 x 4?
    18:36 Miguel Angel: yes
    18:36 lolxxlol: nearly 120.000?
18:37 Miguel Angel: you do not have to play only roulette
18:37 Miguel Angel: you can also play slots
18:37 lolxxlol: so how much slots can i play without breaking your rule?
18:38 lolxxlol: you have to be more specific
18:39 lolxxlol: out of 29.000 how much can i play on slots
18:39 Miguel Angel: and equal number of sessions on roulette, blackjack and slots
18:40 Miguel Angel: or half of the wagering in roulette and the other half on slots
18:40 lolxxlol: who makes up these rules lol
18:42 Miguel Angel: our marketing team
    18:43 lolxxlol: so confusing

So from this confo I decided to do as he advised play roulette, I wagered 65% maybe of this bonus on roulette, than I played some slots but only for like 20 minutes wagering about 5% of the bonus before Bed. I played a slot called spooky house which Miguel told me try (which I also have saved) at this point I logged out and went to bed. Next day I wanted to carry on my Wagers with about 20% remaining or so, my account was locked. I got this email from them..

We would like to direct you to our terms and conditions for our welcome bonus which can be found at moneygaming.com/terms-and-conditions.shtml#19

Under the section “Promotional Offers” it states

    • We reserve the unfettered right to exclude or otherwise remove you from participation in the Promotion if in our sole opinion the circumstances warrant such exclusion.

As per the terms and condition listed above your account lolxxlol has been voided and all winnings removed from your account.

So I went to live chat for my details and they said I had broken the rule 'Placing initial wagers on a low weighted game (such as blackjack) and moving your bonus stake and bonus winnings to a high weighted game (such as slots) in order to meet the wagering requirements' At this point i just thought it was an error by themselves, I asked to speak to Miguel who advised me how to complete my wagers, they refused and said 'He will tell you the same', 'This decision is final'. I asked support to read my chat with Miguel so they did and still the same. I was mad at this point, in shock. I gave support some verbals as they was not helpful one bit. I am sure anyone would. I feel tricked here. I honestly think if I could chat with Miguel he could explain to the bosses that this is a mistake but however many times i open live chat support I can never get hold of Miguel.

My balance was £9000 before this happened. I can not let this go away. Here I am seeking options and advice from you pros.

    Thanks Alot

    (sorry for the essay)

At first, welcome to casinomeister, theres no better gambling forum around ;)

Concerning your problem, some casinos have this rule and i must say i dont like it as it is really vague. It leaves the casino much opportunity to lay this out how they see it fits. It´s not clear, either they should allow to play slots or not, but this high/low percentage vague thing is pretty confusing, as you experienced.
In your case i think it´s not fair, you were aware of it and asked support before! you placed wagers on slots, they should have known better and not advide you to do sth which makes them void your ewinnings just the next day. Not cool!

So i would suggest, read the forum rules for complaints and the pab service carefully and then proceed to pab. (pitch-a-bitch)

Examples like this is why I'm very reluctant to take a bonus. You suddenly enter the murky world of terms and conditions; "f.u we make the rules" and all that rubbish.

I fully agree with coxwel - don't post anything more on this thread, and try the PAB approach. The minute you post more details, or bad-mouth the casino (easily done when you're annoyed, and understandably so), the more difficult you'll make it for your PAB to be successful.

    I hope you find a resolution :)

You have PAB in grey underneath your username. This means it has been received. I am sure Max will deal with it shortly. Best advice sit back and wait for a bit.

Hi, as mentioned in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ -- you did read that, yes? -- you're free to contact me directly and ask. Don't abuse that or anything but no harm in a "hey, what's up?" if you haven't heard from me in a while.
