Hi newbie here wanting some advice

Hi new here and looking for some advice I opted into a bonus at spela casino after meeting all wagering requirements I had won £2000 which I withdrew I then got email saying my winnings have been voided due to breaching the bonus terms, I made a bet of £120 which is apparently not allowed usually on any other casino when trying to bet higher than allowed it doesn’t let me but this one did so I assumed this was ok! Is there anything I can do please help

Unfortunately, it is in the general Bonus terms, As it is in probably every other casino's T&C

I know it is but I assumed it wouldn’t let me bet if that was the case as it doesn’t on other casinos! ? totally gutted woke up thinking I had £2000 and they have taken it away from me!

Stockport in Manchester area, right? That's interesting what Aceking pointed out. Unless you're using a vpn to disguise your location (which will end up getting your funds confiscated anyway) then bonus buys are not permitted to you.
As a recent example, Willamhill refunded losses of uk players who used the bonus buy on their website, when they should never had had the option to do so.




Standard rules for any gambler bound by terms in an online casino.

Rule no1. Assume nothing.
Rule no.2 Check everything.
Rule no.3 Never assume you've checked everything.

No I Havnt disguised anything I had to put my address and stuff in when I signed up. So is the answer I’m never going to get that money

The point is how did you bonus buy ? Any games played in uk cannot accept bo us buys if that's the case I would be chasing those funds, casinos aren't allowed to take these bets, which makes it a void bet ???

But the casinos should know if you’re in the UK from your IP and automatically block the bonus buy?

It was 150% deposit bonus so I deposit £50 they gave me extra £75 then I had to wager something like £3000 which I did an now they have taken the winnings from me

Simple really did you make a bet on any game of £120 ?
If this is the case & it was not a bonus buy then, you won't be paid out, as per what other members have said.

If it was a bonus buy, then I would PAB straight away.

Don't know the game but bonus buys are not allowed in uk period.

Well yes that’s what I did I bought the bonus feature. And for that I have lost £2000 I have attached the image there I bought in for £180 and I also did it again for £120

No, they had their license returned after a few months and a while ago the affiliates were told they could restart promoting their casinos in the UK again. Everything as it was AFAIK.

Sorry, had to laugh - 'dining' king...maybe a tribute to Henry VIII? He was a bit on the portly side apparently. Seriously though, the bonus buys on Shining King MW or any other game should be blocked to UK IP's and you shouldn't see them at all on the slot!

This wouldn't be the first time this has happened in error (W Hill did it) and the correct thing to happen would be the casino to void that £120 play, apologize and let you carry on with your wagering as it stood before that spin.

I would suggest that when its pointed out to them that this is a license breach that they shall look on your case favourably, if that's what happened. good luck with the PAB.

i play at genesis global alot,the terms and conditions are very clear for a bonus,£5 max bet on slots £30 on tables live games etc,they are very fair indeed if you hadnt broke any rules you would have won that money no problem,i know its annoying but nothing you can do,bonus buys you still breaking the rules
