Hi I’m a new member , I’m having trouble withdrawing from a casino and could do with some advice please

I’ve never had a problem on the site before , what’s annoyed me is that they said they froze the withdrawal because they wanted to make sure I wasn’t gambling more than I could afford but then let me keep depositing and lose more money so very contradicting.

Ok, just give Jan time and he will look into it. If you are not happy - then don't deposit any further until such time that you receive clarity.

What the F does "proof of wealth" having to do with KYC requirements for making a withdrawal? Is it really the casino's business how much money you make and what your financial situation is? That sounds completely and utterly ridiculous to me and a huge invasion of privacy.

Yea I know , I’ve sent them my payslips as well . The thing is I was gambling with £5000 I won last Saturday so all the deposits come from what I won . It really is a joke , I know casinos used to do all this to make you Cancel withdrawal but you can’t do that no more . They tell me they want to make sure I can afford it and freeze my withdrawal yet they let me deposit about another £2000 after that . Unbelievable!
 
They cannot hold withdrawals to ransom in the UK whether you provide the requested docs or not.

Pop that in a polite email with a link to the UKGC guidance which can be found in the RG/AML section of the UK governments gaming website.
They’re refusing to pay and now want proof of the money that was spent . I only deposited 2/300£ and got an £1800 cash out and then went back on later and cashed £3200 so I was freerolling all week . They can’t get their head around that and think I’ve deposited 5/600£ out of my bank . They’re absolutely clueless . They’re threatening to close my account now and not pay .

No mate just people that are hard work on live chat . No help what so ever and quite rude . Won’t answer my questions . Just threatened to close the account if I don’t send them my private bank statements . As I said they have my i.d , proof of address , wage slips . I’m not doing any more . Especially as they ask for one thing then 2 days later decide that’s not enough and ask for something else . It’s really frustrating as well . They say about duty of car for the customer but all they have done is block my withdrawal and let me lose about £2000 back . It’s not acceptable at all

The way its best to do things here is to contact the rep first thats why they are here to help with stuff like this and its easier and better if they are PMed from the outset. Have you actually Pmed Jan?

If u have spunked £2000 back that’s nobody’s fault but yous mate you were advised on various occasions to wait out and let Jan sort it nothing would have happened with the SOW as it was the weekend which by that time the rep could have potentially sorted the issue.

I have lost so much money gambling over the years that it hurts even more when a casino won’t pay your winnings . Hopefully he gets back to me tomorrow

I haven’t lost any money back since I going out my withdrawal was blocked . They’re the ones telling me that they want to make sure I can afford to gamble but why block my withdrawal and let me deposit still ? That’s all I’m saying ! Since I’ve known my withdrawal is being held I haven’t spent a pound on there

Wouldn't wish a visit to live "help" on my worst enemies, regardless of the casino, hence my initial advice to PM their rep. Not only are reps a lot more helpful (in most cases, Jan certainly goes than extra 10,000 miles ;) ) but they also have a lot more clout than bog standard CS!

Mate I am sorry I just worried sick that I’m not going to get the money . I’ve borrowed money on the fact of the money I won . I didn’t realise this sort of thing happened . I just want my money and to close the account . I’m done with online gambling . Sorry if I’ve come across bad . I’m just a worrier

From one worrier to another then, if you've broken no terms and done nowt wrong (not suggesting you have BTW) then trust me, I've been in this game long enough, you have nothing to worry about.

They are a VERY reputable brand and would not deny monies won fair and square.

Thanks mate I am 100% sure I have done no wrong . I’ve lost so much money over the years . I’m done in with online though after this experience. My head can’t take it . Thanks again for your help
 
I got verified in every L&L in a matter of hours. Exept with the modt retarded verification ever at hyper. The support was playing dumb and trying to convince me they were blind. Never deposited again. Telling me my document is rejected because my name is not showing on an utility bill with my name in big letters right ib their face... ok thx
 
Got to say any casino that blocks withdrawals and still allows deposits should have their license revoked,
no matter how highly they are rated on CM, Far too many casinos have been doing it for months now
and its just a cynical way of exploiting players who dont have the willpower or patience to wait it out.
Nothing better than rogue IMO.
I had the same thing with L and L but didnt fall for it,no way would I give them a penny more when they
refused to process a withdrawal until I sent what they demanded.Sorry if I sound bitter but it really pisses me off.

Got the PM from OP. Answered him and informed that I've forwarded the case to the relevant and responsible person. After he answered me I'll update OP.

I have a bit of limited access now so hard to look up.

Sorted, team wasnt notified accordingly that docs were submitted. Therefore no review occured. The review took a few minutes but customer is fully verified now and of course withdrawal is pushed through. I apologised to OP for the mistake that caused a delay.
