Hi I’m a new member , I’m having trouble withdrawing from a casino and could do with some advice please

Hi guys , I could do with some help as to what to do next . I’ve verified my account with I.d and proof of address . Now they have asked for proof of wealth so I sent payslips and filled a form in they sent me . They’re refusing to pay still . Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks .

Can you tell us the casino or group? Might be able to get help from a rep?

I’ve jumped through so many hoops for them . They’re trying to say that they want to make sure I can afford to play so stopped my withdrawal and let me carry on depositing so that’s a load of rubbish . I deposited about 500 last weekend and cashed 1800 , since then I went on a winning streak , kept depositing and winning then cashing out and depositing. I was freerolling with money I had won from there . Now that I’ve lost a load back they have stopped my withdrawal . Doesn’t make any sense as I’ve done every thing right .
 
They cannot hold withdrawals to ransom in the UK whether you provide the requested docs or not.

Pop that in a polite email with a link to the UKGC guidance which can be found in the RG/AML section of the UK governments gaming website.

Depends if it's a UK licensed Casino.

If it's a cuppacocoa license, they will just laugh at the email

It’s a uk registered casino and casino meister is affiliated to it . I was verified earlier in and now they have asked for proof of wealth and I’ve sent that and they still won’t pay . I don’t have bills or any thing because I’m back at my parents house and have no children to look after. I gamble a lot and I drink a lot . I’m only 25 and I’m care free . Well until this sort of crap happens

Yeah in a nutshell.

You'll have to have a quick read to find the exact part regarding withdrawals, it is a very long document and I just searched one of the main pages very quickly .....

or link them and let them search for it, although they'll know this already ;)

Jan is one of the best reps on here. Casinos under his wing very rarely have complaints. If they do, its always justified on their end and not some knee jerk reaction.

I’ve never had a problem on the site before , what’s annoyed me is that they said they froze the withdrawal because they wanted to make sure I wasn’t gambling more than I could afford but then let me keep depositing and lose more money so very contradicting.
