Hi All, This is Heather from Topboss here.
I have been lurking on Casino Meisters Forum for the best part of 10 years, and figured that it was time to sign up and become involved. Ok, So I am a bit slow, but this is normal for me.
You can expect that I will comment on a post 2 years after the event happened, will get the wrong end of the stick, mix up the names of casinos, affiliate managers and generally screw up on the forum, but other than that - I do have a big heart, have gained enough knowledge after being in the industry for 10 years and hopefully can add some value to the forum.

Why do you promote The Virtual Casino Group?

You even list them in your top 20.

You have been lurking on the forum for 'the best part of ten years'?!?!?!

YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!!!

Thanks for the welcome guys, but I guess it seems that I am already having to defend myself before I have even started.
Dave, I will respond to your pm privately, but Roanan, I need to respond to your post regarding the Virtual Group.
I am well aware that they have been a rogue casino for many years, and I did in fact promote them years ago when I was young and stupid, for want of a better word, and at the time I was in fact dragged through the dirt on Casino Meister for this very reason. Consequently I took the advice and removed them bar one or 2 that were unintentionally left up on sites that I hardly ever worked on. ( Bear in mind that I have about 120 plus sites )
However, I must be honest at the time that I took them down - I did it reluctantly because I personally had never received a complaint from any of my players about them, and they had never missed a payment to me. In fact I can even go as far as saying that even after I had removed them - I still continued receiving payments without fail from all my regular players. Yes, I had a lot of players there who kept playing, winning, losing etc and they were obviously getting paid otherwise they would not remain regular players. Please also bear in mind that I ONLY promoted the casinos listed on Gambling wages as this is the affiliate program I use. I did not promote any of their casinos that were not on gambling wages.
However, I could not ignore what the industry was saying because I have a reputation to maintain, and the fact that there had been players not being paid - even though they were not my players, I still felt that the possibility existed that next time it could be one of my players. Hence they were removed.
I am a firm believer in giving people a chance to prove themselves, and when they contacted me a few years back asking to be put back up and assured me they had cleaned up their act. I decided that I would give them the benefit of the doubt. To put my money were my mouth is to see if they really had come clean, I signed up as a player and deposited my own funds and played on a regular basis and never had any problems. I then put them back and to this date have not had 1 single complaint from any player nor have I had any problems being paid myself. Whilst many will disagree with my viewpoint - I do belive that management can change and that casinos can cleanup their act. In fact, if I recall hasn't casino meister himself now put them on the watch list as opposed to the rogue list? ( I may be wrong with this statement but am sure I recall reading this recently )
So there you have it Roanan, Whilst I don't blame you for asking the question, I hope you can also see my viewpoint and reasoning behind my decision.

Hi Heather, welcome to CM.

As you can see by my post count, I too am still mostly just a lurker.

It will be good to read what you have to say. I respect your opinion and expertise and always look forward to reading your posts on GPWA.

Topboss,

Welcome to Casinomeister! I am happy you found all your old buddies here and I am sure you will make more friends hanging around here.

I am, however, sorry to hear your defense of Gambling Wages casinos. I am not trying to be confrontational, just would like to make sense of your remarks.

I have heard other affiliates say that none of their players had a problem with this or that casino. My problem with this statement is, how do you know whether players that signed up under your banner do or don't have problems?

Players may sign up at a website and not know where or what the site was later. Not every player is a forum person, like those of us fortunate enough to find Casinomeister.

You truly have no way of knowing if any of the players that signed up through you do or do not have problems with your casinos.

Bottom line is that there are way too many problems, serious problems, with Gambling Wages casinos. You, being in the business, must have knowledge of the complaints, lack of payouts, etc., that have existed for years. These casinos and their nastiness and cheating of players aren't exactly a secret

Many folks will assume that you, like other affiliates, want to make money at all costs by keeping these casinos going.

And that, will bury you here, I think. Too many members have personal experiences (none good) with these casinos. They will doubt your ethics, or your intelligence, in continuing to carrying their banners and promoting them.

These casinos are a definite no-no and I hope you decide to "see the light" and get rid of them. You are making money off people that are getting ripped off constantly by these casino groups.

I hope you manage to "see the light" through your membership here.

Hi Jod5413
My apologies for taking so long to respond. It has been a hectic few days and I don't always go on the forums every day.
I appreciate your comments and take them in the light they are intended.
Since my first introductory post and the comments I received about the Virtual Group and the rollicking I got from Aussie Dave on a pm, I have had a good long think about it, and the bottom line is that I have to acknowledge and accept that whilst I personally may not be having problems nor receiving player complaints - it is obvious that there is still a big problem in the industry with this particular group and NO, I am not in this business to make money at all costs, and furthermore I would hate people to think that of me, so bottom line is that I am taking the advice of everyone and have started removing them from my sites.
please guys bear with me though - as i mentioned I have a lot of sites so it will take me some time, so if you still happen to see an odd one here or there on any of my sites, please just send me a pm and I will ensure it is removed.

I was surprised to see you back at this thread. And I want to say "Good Job" if you have decided to get rid of these cancers in the industry. I wish all affys would think about these casinos and DO THE RIGHT THING. It hurts their image in the world of i-gaming and will eventually bite them.

I think you will find that other good casino groups can pick up the loss from these scumbuckets. Even if they don't, just please be proud that you are not adding players to their list to screw.

A Big WTG to you Heather!!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Looking at your sites a little closer, I'm completely disgusted.

You promote the following rogues:

123BingoOnline
21nova
Bingo Knights
Casino Fortune
Class1
Cirrus
Cleopatras Palace
Club Player
Cool Cat
Giant Vegas
Golden Palace
Indio Casino
Joyland
Mapau Casino
Miami Beach
Palace Of Chance
Royal Dice
Sierra Star
Silver Sands

Those are just what I found on your MAIN SITE.

I am amazed that you have been in business for more than 10 years.
Your customer retention rate must be pretty close to zero.

You should also read my thread here where I have linked the rogues to each other.

I've only been interested in the gambling side of the internet for a couple of years, yet I seem to know a lot more about it than you do.

You list Grand Prive as your 'Worst Casino IMHO'.
I am not surprised.

You operate a bunch of banner farms so of course the group that screwed their affiliates would be the one you despise.

You claim to be cleaning your sites up?

When were you planning to start? This was what I found today.
