Greetings CM!

My name is Yaker and I am your new Ikibu casino rep. I've already known some of you from before since I was helping my colleague Rafelito creating the exclusive promos and contests some weeks ago and I loved to see how you guys answered back and offer us their feedback and ideas.

Just for all of you to know, I'll be the one handling all your doubts and comments on behalf of Ikibu from now on and I'll be open to everything you need, listening and respecting every POV and hoping to make your life in Ikibu easier.

For those of you who already play at Ikibu, there's very few more things that I can say, except that we have changed our Restricted Games List allowing you to play in more of your favourite slots.

For all of those who still don't know Ikibu... well, only thing I can say is: where the heck have you been all this time? You are missing one of the best casinos around, and you should at least try it once! Do it now and enjoy CM special Welcome Offer.

Looking forward to start knowing you guys and making your life funnier.

Good luck, have fun and remember to always ENJOY THE JOURNEY!

Welcome Yaker :)

Nice to have you here! We're missing Ikibu games and quizzes :))

Welcome and good luck! Do you TRUELY realise what you’re letting yourself in for? LOL

I loved the variety of tasks for the last CM exclusive comp, sadly only managed to meet qualifying criteria for the last round. Feel free to kick off with another comp to see how well you can handle us lol.

How convenient you posted today.
I had a problem at Ikibu late last night. I made a small deposit of £30, which showed an error. So I tried again with £20. That also gave an error.
So I when to log out, to deposit elsewhere, when I noticed the £20 had actually been credited to my account, plus the £10 (50% bonus) which I accepted.
So I started playing. A few minutes later, the original £30 deposit was also added to my balance (without any bonus).
So i basically ended up depositing £50 with a 20% bonus, rather than £30 with a 50% bonus.
Luckily, I managed to play it through, and withdraw £50.

How can both deposits show errors, and then the second deposit arrive in my account before the first deposit?

Also, why are deposits still tied to wagering, considering the new UKGC rules?

Welcome Yaker :D

Can we have a direct link to the new restricted games list please?

Also anything for existing Iki's who may have stopped playing due to said restrictions, a 100% match sounds good :p

I took a look at the game list and I couldn't see anything different than before. Your games are still in that list, if they don't have a different list for those in the uk.

This casino have amongst the worst bonus rules there is out there. I have no idea how anyone can even think about using a bonus, especially the welcome bonus.
Please read all of the rules first, especially those about what they consider bonus abuse. I've never liked this place, their rules don't make it easier.

Welcome to CM Yaker. Please don't take anything personal. I assume you're not creating Ikibus rules :)

Another casino with this disgusting clause in the bonus
  • Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more (compared with your maximum bet since the award of the bonus) after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active.
What exactly is a large win? 5x stake? 10x stake? 100x stake? 500x stake? Are your customers just supposed to guess, or is it solely there to remove winnings?

That one in combination with this one makes it even worse
  • Switching from a low weighted game (25% wagering contribution or less) to a higher weighted contribution game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements.
But also having a max cashout of 6x the deposit amount for the welcome bonuses, and also a total max cashout of €5000 when playing with any kind of bonus, makes this place look more like a bad casino than an accredited.
It's trap after trap after trap....
Imagine being new to casinos:eek2:

Judging by my bonus rounds lately(every game treating me the same)x5 should be considered a monster.

Yaker's throwing a sickie tomorrow. 'CM related stress' may make it onto the GP's known illnesses.
Not to mention take his three weeks' paid holiday about an hour in to his stint. Much to his boss' surprise

This I'm afraid isn't rogue it's fast becoming the norm especially for UK players. As bonuses aren't tax-deductible now in the UK (and possibly other countries) many have limits on conversion even as low as 2x in some Nektan deals, same with max cash-outs on bonuses of 5 or 10k. You've also got to bear in mind that due to the new rules where players play with cash first and can withdraw any time if bonus isn't used, that effectively new players are twice as likely to make a withdrawal on first deposit as opposed to when all the deposit and bonus was lumped in together.

Believe me, as an affiliate I am telling you that lately FTD's are earning very little money in rev share compared to previously, before those UKGC changes to bonuses.

Now I know this may not apply to other countries, but casinos need to balance the books and adjust risk accordingly overall. 6 months ago I would be screaming agreement to your post quoted but things have changed so maybe don't judge casinos too fast.

The other part, the 'spirit of the bonus' bit I do agree is a bit off nowadays and if religiously stuck to by the casino can cause issues.

That was the rules for the rest of the world. I believe they are different for uk. For uk I could understand it but bonuses are tax-deductible in probably the rest of the world.
You maybe should check what they are for you with the welcome bonus.

I suggest you reach out to the rest of the world instead of focusing on uk as an affiliate. It clearly makes you thinking a bit too much of your own income, instead of the casinos customers.
