If you go into the normal casino software, you will see a link in the Lobby to "LiveDealer". Baccarat is live and Roulette, Sic Bo and Fan Tan are in testing right now and should be available in the next few weeks apparently.

Not exactly but when i spoke to Microgaming at ICE they said they were in testing so I would hazard a guess during Q2 this year.

yeah most online live dealers aren't as attractive as land based casino dealers and they commit some mistakes too

...and thats been the problem up to now. There has been no comeback for a player, as we witnessed with an issue at Ladbrokes earlier this year.

Microgaming, while reluctant to say *where* the live dealers are based, also said that they are filming, and storing, every single hand and this was where a large part of the investment and time in testing had gone, so that if there is any dispute they can check the archive footage. Unless I misunderstood, I also came away with the impression that they had the technology to scan every card into a "playcheck" style system too.

Deals occur every minute, with just about any live streaming casino, because you have to allow time for bets to be placed. If they're chatting it's because it's not time to deal yet.

I have seen them talking to their co-workers in the middle of the hand AFTER all bets were placed, and the hand was live. Many many times.

but understand they are human.. not machine..
if you feel tight about that dealers act, then just say to dealer..
"please fast game.."
she will say "I am sorry.. " and will do act as what you want..
