I have played online for many years and am now experiencing some concerns regarding a casino and my recent withdrawal. The casino in question is Rushmore, and I have always enjoyed playing there and never had any
problems. I withdrew funds a few weeks ago and have received information they are having problems with wire
transfers to my bank (bank of america). They suggested I open an acct. with Citibank, I did that and sent the
banking info. no response from them at all regarding the status of my account. I sent several emails and all ignored.
I went to live chat and asked a question about my withdrawal but Alex said sorry my shift has ended I must leave, your withdrawal is approved last week (I already knew that) now 8-10 business days to wait. I ask about the non response to
emails and my only means to commuicate ws live chat , Alex responds correct, sorry my shift is over have a good day.
What? Why did he even answer my chat and why wasn't I transferred to another rep??
Anyway, I just wanted to vent to someone and ask if anyone is having problems with Rushmore and what in the world is happening with them? I tried to send private message to rep and they are not accepting emails as they are too full of emails.
Any feed back appreciated, I kinda have a little uncomfortable feeling hope I am wrong
