There is lying & than misrepresenting, Maybe staff can approve withdraws under 2.5k but anything over than needs to be double checked, This does not mean CS can approve any think under this but maybe the employee's above them, Like I said CS may have thought it was all fine and was just being checked by another department, Was it your 1st withdraw? If so it normally takes longer for this to check ID ect,
Like Dee pointed out there a solid group & if no max bet was broken than no doubt would of seen the cash, It is a shame you was told every thing was fine but I take just about anythink CS tell me as a pinch of salt,
Try to look at it as that you have saved a 100, Might sound stupid but you said you would of deposited another 100, Like I said that might of been eaten up also as unless you see the breakdown than you could of easily used most of that reverse to win more,
