June 28, 2011, I asked heypoker's support about a terms and conditions og the casino bonus. Heypoker said: "Bets in all games are counted as 100%". I made ​​a deposit and played hundreds of hands of blackjack. I completed the bonus Jule 5, 2011. I had problems when trying to transfer funds to the main account. They said they have switched to other software. They know about the problem and solve it within 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later nothing has changed.

August 25, 2011 support said: "all bets in blackjack are not counted". They confirmed that earlier casino had other terms and conditions. They may change the terms and conditions. Heypoker did not give me the date change of conditions. They should contact the software vendor. Not one e-mail a month later.

Heypoker issue

Hi miled.
Heypoker became part of the Redbet group during the period you refer to and we switched the casino from Play n Go to Net Entertainment.
All cleared funds were transferred to the new platform.
I don't think that Blackjack was ever allowed in terms of meeting bonus requirements but I'll look into that for you.
