Isn't it a video recorded from a mobile? Try to play any game on mobile and you will not see the casino logo at all. It just looks like it does on my phone when I play the game?

Do you record all your gameplay on your phone? Just in case you happen to get the biggest hit anyone has ever seen? ;)
Out of interest what do people use to record slots on their phones?

Not all of it. But I did start the recording software as soon as I hit a bonus. Most of the time it had to be deleted immediately though cause it was crap.

I personally use DU recorder: Old / Expired Link

I will enquire into the authenticity of the win via the poster on CG and then check with the casino manager, pending the players authority to do so and verify accordingly, it's not that big in regards to the games potential (shoot me now for saying that), it's one seventh of the max exposure.

I'll keep you up to date.

Thanks.
Why do you need to contact the casino? Surely you can see if the win was from your server (and it wasn't freeplay) so you can answer if it was authentic?
I have had big wins from your slots, so I have no doubt a win of that size is possible, but do find it strange that there is always a massive win posted on the little used casinogrounds, as a video posted on youtube by someone who has never uploaded any other video, always perfect quality, always shortly after release, and rarely, if ever, beaten, no matter how long the game has been out.
Even if they are all authentic, I think, even you would understand why people might be skeptical under the circumstances?
I'm also aware that no matter what you say there will be people who still don't believe you, which is why I simply asked about its authenticity :)

I think you would agree most people don't record gameplay though, yet out of the thousands of people who play the new BTG games, someone always manages a massive hit soon after release, who does happen to be someone who records their gameplay :)

With regards Casinogrounds, the streamers ask their viewers to post any big wins on the Casinogrounds forum so that they can be included in a weekly compilation video that is posted on their Youtube channel.

That explains why big win pictures / videos appear there rather than perhaps here.

And to be honest, when it comes to BTG big win pictures / videos, I can't blame them. You can imagine the grief a new poster will get posting a big win here. They most probably will be accused of being a BTG member of staff :eek2:

Just look a the big win screenshot / video section here that is testimony that players do want to show off their big wins. Each to their own I guess.

We have no access to player data as we deliver our games through partners, SG, MGS, Relax etc.

As I mentioned I have already reached out to the player on the website in question to ask which casino he played the session at so we can then confirm the win and the casino...

and, playing devils advocate, i'm sure you are fully aware of the reason why :)
For me if BTG confirm the win is genuine, that will be enough. These things have a tendency to come out at some point, no company would put their reputation on the line without being 100% confident.

I am aware ok. When "that" big win picture on the Dragon Born slot was posted, I was as vocal as the next person regarding it. I may even have mentioned I wouldn't trust the slot provider if my memory serves me right.

But, Nik then explained what happened. I took his word for it and moved on. Some clearly haven't and still hold that grudge. Life is too short for that

This slot is just not good at all. Its not even fun. There are some btg slots I think to play the odd time that interests me from time to time. Danger, bonanza, chili but I played this once and it just sucks bad that I have no will to ever try it again.

How did they manage to 'recreate' that 14,000x Bonanza win on behalf of that poster on Twitch?
That video wasn't recorded by the player. It was made by BTG from the player's data

Let the roast begin! I actually think it is a decent slot. I love that it has good potential in the base as well as the bonus. There is a lot going on with the chests opening all the time, allthough they rarely pay, :D

From Nik Robinson CEO Big Time Gaming:2/3/16

Dear Forum Members,

Bryan has kindly allowed Big Time Gaming back into the forum.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the creation of the shill account. This was done from within our HQ here in Sydney and was created by an over excited junior member of staff that took it on himself "to show the games potential". This individual has been reprimanded severely. I have now taken charge of this account and will personally be the only individual posting on behalf of Big Time Gaming official.

We are deeply sorry for any ill feeling caused by the shill and the competition post (that would not have seen the light of day as we need to put an operators name against the final draw) needless to say, this entry has been removed.

Feel free to keep on bashing us if you wish and I will take it on the chin, as CEO of the business I take full responsibility.

I would like to say that Big Time Gaming is an independent business and integrity and honesty are our core values. We hope that one bad apple is not going to create long term bad feeling, so, give us a chance to listen to you on games feedback and we hope to gain back your trust.

Sincerely

Nik Robinson

We don't have access, we can however when requested get the game session data and recreate the game session in the front end. As long as the player is OK to share that data which in this case they were.

Just checked back at the op of the x5200 win on Holy Diver and they won it on yeticasino.com - I will leave it up to their rep @L&L-Jan to confirm as it is late there and I don't want to wake him up!

I've played it for the second time tonight as w.hill have just got it now, and it was a better experience than the first time.

The main problems are the slowness, the feeling the base game can't do anything without help from the chests, and the concept that the first level bonus and possibly 2nd level [much like the 8/10 free spins on chilli] will be poor.

As a low roller it's not a bad game as an alternative 10p'er to white rabbit and donuts. I just did a £10 deposit to play it at 10p, managed to get the first four gems with about £5 left, carried on to level 2 and thought I was in trouble with about £1.50 left and no gems in sight, and would have to redeposit.

However had some of those slow spin, big wins and got back to £6, a bit later all four gems came out of a chest to give me a decent 110x win and I took the level 2 bonus fearing that playing on to level 3 would see the game take back that 110x and the rest of my balance, a bit like bonanza seems to regularly do after a big base game win.

The level 2 bonus was okay, £4 ish, but it is annoying that the trigger spin paid twice more than a 10 spin bonus, but overall I can't say its a bad game, just a bit of a time chomper [maybe balance chomper too, but at 10p you don't notice so much ;) ]:

ps. sorry for the low res image, need to remedy this somehow without going over the upload limit

I think that’s the thing with Holy Diver. It’s designed more for the casual player who wants a bit of play and interest for their money. The chest part is a little flawed but only insomuch as it does struggle to win anything without them but that effectively shows really what most slots do without that part of the design on display. Bearing in mind you can have anywhere from 1-5 spins for a chest it’s really not all that different from a standard slot design. Because it’s there for all to see it’s picked up as “poor design”.

I guess one of the issues is the lengthy time it takes to get to the 3rd level and the general poor nature of the bonus when you get there. Yes, it is capable of chucking out the big wins but is obviously unlikely to do so very often and I feel many players will get sick and tired of slugging their way through hundreds of spins to hit a regular 30x odd bonus. Psychology, that will wear very thin after a while if you don’t at least get a 500x plus win which is obviously far from certain.

Edit: Is there any confirmation somewhere of the average feature pay for the levels? I guess level 3 must average around 70-80x?

Good Observation.

They did the same with WWTBAM - The losing gambles eventually just put players off. Not worth playing the game if you are hitting three losing features on the trot. You win on your next gamble and win 10x but proceed to lose the following 2...

The design and gameplay is superior to Bonanza and has a smoother feel, but BTG killed it with their gamble mechanic. I think the slot would have been more popular IF you could re-trigger up to 50 spins naturally in the Free Spins.

As you mentioned above - with HD, the pure frustration of poor average payouts on level 3 coupled with the slow and unexciting gameplay in the base game will piss a few players off - I already lost any urge i had to play further.... it's just boring.

That 24,000x win wasn't on a BTG game.

Interlog!

I know you are friends and a streamer on casinogrounds and thats ok because you are one of the less shilly streamers around. You dont pander, you dont suck peoples ass in chat, you dont constantly push links. You stream, you have fun, you win, you lose, you swear and have fun and you play real money and show emotion. I like you and I hope you return at some point and you stay the same.

I have a personal issue with BTG and that contest thing and while you say life is too short and let it go. I do not agree at all. That was super shady. It's not like I sit here and think about it or obsess but when things arrive with BTG that seems a bit shady, I go back to what they did. They deserve it and I think they know it. Plus I feel their slots are super misleading. Maybe I make myself look bad by jumping on conspiracy theories about them and that's ok, I accept it.

I would like BTG if they didnt partner themselves with casinos and streamers, it leaves too many doors open for issues.

I can't disagree with what they did back then was wrong, because it simply was. And in all fairness, Nik did acknowledge that in his subsequent message.

BTG does use partnership with casinos / streamers as a tool to market themselves. I guess it is no different to say Dan of Pragmatic using this forum to get his slots some publicity. A good technique to use but that doesn't make them shady in my books.

As for my streaming. I will never change and when I will eventually get back to it, it will be the same old boring me :)

Back when the 14kx was hit I recall the BTG slots were via their own generic interface, unlike through NYX/SG as now?

That youtube video of the massive win, can you publicly state that it was a genuine win, from a genuine casino customer with no ties to any casino, yourself or any gaming platform?

I'm not sure why that's relevant other than to satiate the conspiracy theorists. Anybody who plays the slot for real money whether streamers, 'genuine' casino customers whomever they do or don't work for, all get their results from the same RNG server. Considering that LV get the games first and therefore the CGrounds streamers will be banging hundreds of thousands of spins through them before you or I even play it for real, I'd be surprised statistically if the first big win(s) were NOT from those sources.

The only alternative to that is if some players were playing rigged versions or videoshopping fake wins. I doubt CG would put up with that!

I would think a streamer would have more than one video on his/her youtube account. I've already explained why I asked, and if BTG confirm it's genuine, then thats enough for me and should be for anyone, unless other evidence comes about to disprove it.
