    .....

I'm happy to inform you that we've received your documents and they have been aproved.

Unfortunatly we would need to confiscate your winnings of 1 497 Euro according to the casino's Terms and Conditions You must register/login in order to see the link.

    Term 13:

You may thus not claim or receive a Sign-Up Bonus at this Casino if you have previously claimed or received a Sign-Up Bonus from another Group member Casino and have not yet wagered such previously claimed or received Sign-Up Bonus and its associated initial deposit at least 100 times at the Group member Casino that granted you such Sign-Up Bonus. If your Account at this Casino has been credited with a Sign-Up Bonus for which you (in our sole and unfettered discretion) are ineligible, the Casino shall retrospectively void such Sign-Up Bonus and any winnings received by you after the Sign-Up Bonus has been credited to your relevant accounts.

Although I agree it is the player's responsibility to always read and accept the T&Cs anywhere they play, I really don't like the way that term is written.

The first bolded part contains the word "or", so this is the same as saying:
"You may thus not claim a Sign-Up Bonus at this Casino...
    or
You may thus not receive a Sign-Up Bonus at this Casino..."

The first part is the play's responsibility - I agree.
But the second part "you may not receive a bonus" - well to receive it, the casino has to give it to you - so that is THEIR responsibility.
If you're not entitled to it - why do they give it to you? Surely, by giving you the bonus THEY are breaking the T&Cs?

Advertised on tv as well, I agree that terms should b read good, But how on earth are some people ment to no what over casinos they belong to, & if the bonus was given than surely they should honour it,
This is where what if the player lose and kept depositing? They at least should of flaged this up way b4 hand

look at the bonus rules for spin palace.
50x wr and 6x first deposit cashout but you really needed to wager another 50x if you happen to play a partner casino.

on the $100 example they provide I'd much rather just deposit the $200 and not be tied to any terms.

slots can take off once in while, I'd hate to limit myself to a 6x wd.

    doesn't that rule above say 100x d+b?

Same here,I avoid bonusses most of the times.
Very very rarely when having a low bankroll I would take a 50% extra deposit bonus or something similar just to extend my play time.
But to take bonuses and get ****ed like this by a casino,no way hosé...
