Got one of those emails that you usualy cringe at, but figured what the hell. States a $50 NDB with 30x wagering and max cashout $100 in the email .
i registered with coupon code given in the email for $50 NDB, that was apparantly invalid. 2 minutes later £40 appeared in my account ( i registered GBP currency) , so i asked where that came from. the cs dude said that he put it in for me. i thanked him for this, but then he asked if i wanted to have the £50 bonus and basically added it too the £40 before i could even answer.
i asked if that meant it would be a wager of £90 x 30 to clarify , and instead of answering that question he changed it back to a £50 bonus. and said the wagering is x30 on that. So i thanked him, not wanting to play out £90x30, and began to play.
not to long after somehow i'd wagered £1800 with a bankroll of £200 remaining, and when asking if that had been wagered correctly he said yes - following with '' would you like me to put in a request to change the bonus balance into the cash balance - the max withdraw is $30 usd)'' .
I then mentioned i thought it was an $100 max cashout as stated in the email. He told me that this was not the case, a max of $30 on all NDB. I began to search the site for terms relating to bonuses, however the only terms they have are ridiculously short and dont seem to include anything that most people would like to know regarding anything like withdrawals limits / deposit limits / promotion info, Just a few small paragraphs of uselessness and nothing regarding NDB's or deposit bonuses.
So going back to speak to CS, a different CS dude than previously, i asked the man if there are any terms for the bonuses/promotions locatable on the site. he said to ''go to the mainpage before logging in, and the terms are at the bottom ((i had already found these several times)) and that any bonuses/promotional terms would be included in the email i recieved, but that they have no terms for NDB listed on the site as it is free money for the enjoyment blah blah blah''.
I told him about the email terms, and he said it was a marketing error and they are putting it forward to those doing the marketing to rectify it, and that it should indeed be $30 max cashout and it had been wrote wrongly.
I then asked if they have any terms regarding the depost bonuses should i decide to deposit later (in the email it does state 1000% on first deposit with x30 wagering, max cashout x10, minimum $30 deposit)
He replied with '' No not at the moment, but we here in support will provide you with all the information you want/need before you make a decision''
i asked if they are a new casino after he said ''not at the moment'' which gave that impression, but i never got an answer to this and he just kind of skipped it.
Anyway it's the first time i've come across a site which doesnt display pretty much any important terms on a fixed page and is completely reliant on CS giving out all information. i certainly wasnt expecting to be allowed to withdraw $100 anyway tbh, so at least it didnt break my hopes much when i was told i could not.
They seemed nice enough CS though. I was just quite shocked at having to trust the word of CS only. Afterall, printing screen is awkward when having to do it multiple times during a chat as there was no 'send to email' button etc.
anyway, just a headsup if anyone else should be silly enough like me to take that emailed NDB from them there is hardly anything really written in that email so god knows how that was apparantly worded wrong
