Got one of those emails that you usualy cringe at, but figured what the hell. States a $50 NDB with 30x wagering and max cashout $100 in the email .
i registered with coupon code given in the email for $50 NDB, that was apparantly invalid. 2 minutes later £40 appeared in my account ( i registered GBP currency) , so i asked where that came from. the cs dude said that he put it in for me. i thanked him for this, but then he asked if i wanted to have the £50 bonus and basically added it too the £40 before i could even answer.
i asked if that meant it would be a wager of £90 x 30 to clarify , and instead of answering that question he changed it back to a £50 bonus. and said the wagering is x30 on that. So i thanked him, not wanting to play out £90x30, and began to play.
not to long after somehow i'd wagered £1800 with a bankroll of £200 remaining, and when asking if that had been wagered correctly he said yes - following with '' would you like me to put in a request to change the bonus balance into the cash balance - the max withdraw is $30 usd)'' .

I then mentioned i thought it was an $100 max cashout as stated in the email. He told me that this was not the case, a max of $30 on all NDB. I began to search the site for terms relating to bonuses, however the only terms they have are ridiculously short and dont seem to include anything that most people would like to know regarding anything like withdrawals limits / deposit limits / promotion info, Just a few small paragraphs of uselessness and nothing regarding NDB's or deposit bonuses.

So going back to speak to CS, a different CS dude than previously, i asked the man if there are any terms for the bonuses/promotions locatable on the site. he said to ''go to the mainpage before logging in, and the terms are at the bottom ((i had already found these several times)) and that any bonuses/promotional terms would be included in the email i recieved, but that they have no terms for NDB listed on the site as it is free money for the enjoyment blah blah blah''.

I told him about the email terms, and he said it was a marketing error and they are putting it forward to those doing the marketing to rectify it, and that it should indeed be $30 max cashout and it had been wrote wrongly.
I then asked if they have any terms regarding the depost bonuses should i decide to deposit later (in the email it does state 1000% on first deposit with x30 wagering, max cashout x10, minimum $30 deposit)
He replied with '' No not at the moment, but we here in support will provide you with all the information you want/need before you make a decision''

i asked if they are a new casino after he said ''not at the moment'' which gave that impression, but i never got an answer to this and he just kind of skipped it.

Anyway it's the first time i've come across a site which doesnt display pretty much any important terms on a fixed page and is completely reliant on CS giving out all information. i certainly wasnt expecting to be allowed to withdraw $100 anyway tbh, so at least it didnt break my hopes much when i was told i could not.

They seemed nice enough CS though. I was just quite shocked at having to trust the word of CS only. Afterall, printing screen is awkward when having to do it multiple times during a chat as there was no 'send to email' button etc.

anyway, just a headsup if anyone else should be silly enough like me to take that emailed NDB from them :) there is hardly anything really written in that email so god knows how that was apparantly worded wrong

I have not heard of it, Done a Google search and beggars believe it came down the bottom of 1st page and on top of 2nd page was your post from casinomeister from 4 hours ago, Going by this it certainly looks like a new casino with all that on there is stating June 2015, I see one site that had one offer from 2010? I cannot see that being right,

Always seems dogy when CS handing out freebies but no wonder why with $30 max cash out, They are topgame which I do not no much about but I believe they just linked up with everymatrix,

Other than that I tend to stay clear of new sites,

This is Topgame software casino - for now in Web over 90% casinos with this software are very poor quality and high risk. Im dont know any single good quality safe place to play with topgame software . Im recomended you play only in safe casinos and dont make deposit to high risk places

I've only heard of them because they're spamming the crap out of me. I'm wondering if it's just a name change for one of the old TG brands?

Hehe....I went trolling. Had nothing better to do. :) PS: This guy changed the T&C page. It was blank when I looked at it like 10 minutes previous. I'm still trying to figure out how they can track me when I click on a simple link that drives me to the main page of the site without a tag at the end :)

Oh! They send payments via paypal, too! Let me jump right on that......:D

00:58:10 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
and you pay out winnings in which manners?
00:59:16 Herold
let me first clear first thing
00:59:22 Herold
you can see term page ?

01:00:04 Herold
then lksjdflskjdfsdf is your name ?
01:00:18 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
yes

my favorite part :D
01:00:48 Herold
i can right now terminate your account for providing false information ... but lets talk
01:01:07 Herold
what is your next question ?
01:01:30 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
as I said, what methods do you offer for payouts?
01:01:56 Herold
bank wire , check or paypal for now
01:02:07 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
it says on the faq page that there is a withdrawal link in the cashier, but the only thing I see is a way to deposit
01:02:54 Herold
it is gonna appear there when you will have any money in your account
01:03:26 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
and do you guys normally spam to get business?
01:04:03 Herold
we don't but affiliates do
01:04:15 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
and you allow that?
01:04:26 Herold
and we don't control 3rd party companies ...
01:04:48 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
which is kind of odd, because I recieve a message advertising your casino which had no affiliate tag in the link leading to your site
01:04:52 Herold
we don't allow anything but you can't control other companies
01:05:25 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
yes you can if you don't terminate the affiliate's account....which all legitimate businesses do...
01:05:30 Herold
our system detects that with referral links
01:05:45 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
referral links? It leads straight to www.heracasino.com
01:06:03 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
nothing attached to the end
01:06:34 Herold
yes if you every did programming in your life then you will understand on the server level you can track referral links
01:06:45 Herold
and then you can push players into tags
01:07:05 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
not with a direct link to a website without some sort of tag included with the URL
01:07:11 lkjdflskdfjlsdk
I've been in the business for well over a decade
