I wonder if someone could advise me regarding withdrawing from Winward Casino.
I signed up with them last week, I deposited 25 euro and received a bonus, I played it through, and eventually ended up with 1800 euros, I tried to withdraw and was told as I didn't have a Skrill account it was declined, so I opened a Skrill account, sent all my details that they required, received an email from them to say everything was correct and verified I then tried to withdraw again and now this has been declined as they are going to do a security check on me. I have seen on this site that this has happened to others, just really grates me as I deposited in good faith and they have or are doing the dirty on me, any help would be greatly received. I did read there t&c's and believe that I abided by them.

Many thanks

They are a pretty big group and have been around for a very long time.
I think you will get paid OK, but you may need to be very patient because I believe the maximum you can withdraw is 500 credits/month.
It was because of this stupid rule that I stopped promoting them about 2 years ago.

You stopped promoting them because they pay too slow? $500 isn't awful in comparison to some casinos, is it?

I'm really surprised.

I was mistaken. I was editing my post while you were writing yours.
Sorry about that!

OK - I've gone back to check - which is what I SHOULD have done before making my first post in this thread - and I WAS right!

Winward Casino withdrawal T&Cs (Right at the bottom = very easy to miss)
27.All players that have been registered at the site less than 6 months will need to meet the following requirements prior to requesting a payout:
a. Must have processed at least 3 successful deposits at the site.
b. Payouts cannot exceed $500 over a period of 30 days i.e. one month, during the first 6 months.
c. The same payment method the player selected for deposits will be used to issue payouts, with the only exception being that the payment method is not available for payouts.
d. Our free money rules will NOT be affected by these criteria.
Also, at the top it says they only process one withdrawal per week and term 1 shows each withdrawal can take up to 3-weeks:
1. Payouts are reviewed every day from Sunday to Thursday. Once requested, a payout may take up to 72 hours to be reviewed. Payouts entered on Thursday's after noon and before Sunday noon will be reviewed on Sunday accordingly. Once approved, a payout may take up to 10 - 12 business days to be finalized.

OK cool.

So $500 per month is not acceptable, but $1000 a month at other casinos IS acceptable....even though both are stated in the terms and conditions.

Interesting.

The really disgusting part of winwards terms is that CANNOT withdraw anything you win with your SUB for SIX MONTHS unless you make two more deposits (on which you are forced to take a bonus).

Interesting.
Please stop trying to derail threads with your own personal agenda.
Irritating.

What some players find unacceptable CAN be acceptable to others. The bottom line is each individual should read ALL the T&Cs before they start and make up their own mind if they want to play at the place or not.
What I can't comprehend is why some people seem to find that such a difficult concept to understand.

A limit of $500 per month combined with having to make 3 deposits, are the worst cash-out terms I have seen at ANY casino ever.
[/end of this derail]

Back to the OP:
The terms imply that any withdrawal higher than your limit will be automatically reversed back into your account.
What you need to do is make 2 more deposits - do the minimum, but DON'T play. (Using Skrill would be best).
Request a withdrawal for €500, wait for a month (during which you should hopefully receive your money) and then request another €500.
This means you should get all your winnings in 4 months.
Whatever you do, DO NOT play any of your winnings back. Stop playing at this place (forever) and chose a casino from CasinoMeister's Accredited list instead.

If after doing all of the above, they still don't pay out (very unlikely that they wont IMHO) - you can Pitch-A-Bitch.
To do this, hover your mouse over "Casino Complaints" (centre of the menu at the top of the thread) and select Pitch-A-Bitch.

If you particularly like the software, play at one of the Sloto'Cash Group's Top Game casinos instead. (Their TG casinos aren't accredited, but other brand casinos in their group are, and there is an active and very helpful rep on the forum)

Last time I checked you weren't a moderator. If you have an issue with something I post....report it. Just don't tell me what I can or can't say SVP.

I made a VERY valid comment. You defend the $500 per fortnight payouts of a group you promote as "it's in the terms", but you find $1000 per month unacceptable...even though it's "in the terms". It's not much of a gap between the two.

See, the OP found winward almost certainly via an affiliate site. I'll bet London to a brick that the reviews were glowing I.e. it wouldn't have said "winward are slower than a turtle orgy and have crap terms...but here's the link". If affiliates stopped promoting them, they would change their ways. No doubt.

Absolutely players should read terms...you KNOW I'm all for that. What is unethical is affiliates promoting casinos that have awful payment terms e.g. winward, winpalace in a misleading fashion. A good example is how you state that winpalace pays "$500-3000 per week depending on player category etc". You, I and everyone else knows that pretty much EVERYONE gets $500 per 10 business days I.e. per FORTNIGHT. Players see your statement and think they might get up to $3000 per week...and they will not. If you said "Most players, including new players, will be paid $500 per 10 business days", THEN I would agree that players are being properly informed and not being misled.

If the mods say I'm in the wrong, then fine. No problem. My aim is not to discredit you, but rather to highlight the major role affiliates play in the kind of situations we see here like the OP.
