    I was playing at English Habour Casino then suddently when i withdraw after depositing $400 and meeting all wagering req. a few days later i get a message, that i didn't pass security screening. And from that point on not only didn't i get my winnings, i still haven't gotten my original deposit back yet. how can i not pass security screening? i typed in the correct info for everything? and i keeping emailing these people and they kept saying: you did not pass security screening good bye. they took my money and didn't mention anything and once it's time to withdraw they give me so much trouble. please help thanks
