Help with Something Magical in Atlantic City

I have a friend getting married in June- and due to unforeseen circumstances (Often known as 'Life') I will be unable to attend, or even get to the states.

He's got an interest in heading out to the Casinos in Atlantic City- having a 'Vegas style' Bachelor party, just in Atlantic City.

Clearly, I want to do everything I can to make this awesome- even from where I'm at.

Its been about seven years or so since I was last in AC, or at any of the Casinos in that area. I imagine a lot has changed!

So, I'm curious if anyone can help me get in touch with various people at those Casinos so I could possibly leave a gift of chips for him, some gambling from a friend far away!

I'm wanting to make a bit of a show of it, and maybe mess with his head a little while I do it.

He is my best friend from the States, after all. And he asked me to be his Best man. You can imagine how upset I am that I can't be there, but I see a chance to at least make someone I consider a brother smile from 6000 miles away at one of the happiest times in his life.

And if I can get one of those casino folks to help me play a little bachelor party prank on him, all the better.

After all, how will he know I love him if I don't mess with him a little?

I would suggest that you contact the casino(s) of interest and ask to speak with a slot host or their concierge desk. They could probably offer advice or point you in the right direction.

As for getting him chips, you can send a wire direct to casino in his name or western union which can be picked up at most casinos in atlantic city..

Doesn't BingoT arrange trips to some of the casinos in that area ? I may be wrong, but I seem to recall some really old threads about that.
Maybe throw him a PM, and see if he knows anyone around there, who could help you.

All you need to do is to find which room he is in, and arrange for the following to be delivered:

* 10 six packs of wild turkey and coke
* 6 bags of party balloons
* 6 tanks of helium
* 6 strippers
* 6 first aid kits
* a game of Twister
* 1 small donkey

After that, just sit back and wait for photos or the evening CBS news, whichever comes first.

Why a Las Vegas style party in AC? Why not just go to Vegas. I saw rates of $650 in Harrah's and Flamingo, 5 nights, from NYC. In fact, downtown hotels are less, even look at Henderson or off strip.
If pranking him, reserve a room in some old dirty stinky motel in AC, but tell your friend it's a suite in a high class joint, close to casinos. There are many motels along the roads leading into AC.
Instead of chips, add your gift amount on his TR card.

He lives in Philly-AC is within driving distance, and as such less expensive. (Than to also fly out somewhere) even with great deals like that!

As he's not much of a gambler, I may get him set up with said cards and some chips from his buddy 6k miles away, and see if I can't talk one of the pit bosses into helping me out with some things he could do to let my presence be known from so far away. :3
