any of you's have experienced with Mapau casino ?
i won 7k at the casino.
for tow weeks now no response at all ,i left a massage to their contact Nicole14 ,but it doesn't look that she's active.
let me know if you have an idea on how to handle this ,and get my winnings

When I played at that casino I usually contacted support at mpmember@sunnygrp.com. They were usually quite responsive. Did you try this?

It has been a while, but I did play there. I won just over 7,000 and requested a withdrawal. They called me and told me that If I was to withdraw the full amount over 5,000, they would have to tax it, but if I made two withdrawals of 4999 and then the remaining balance a week later, I should get the full amount which was in my neteller account within a week. But then again, this was about two years ago.

I download their softwear and open an account some day ago.

They closed my account just after I open it.

I get a sooner reply from them by email which told me that I was not allow to play at their casino(don't support my country)

you were lucky that they closed your account
they still don't answer any of the emails.
and even today it looks like they really in a problem, the emails now are returning ,the box is full.
i hope that they will not closedown.
