Has anybody had any problems with Grand Bay, I use to play quite a bit there and went away from them for a couple of years, I have recently gone back, I played last week and cashed out $1000.00 on Thurs. I have not gotten any notification from accounting, I have emailed 4 times and had only one automated response with no answers from them, I have called about 10 times and only got through on Sat,, cust service told me accounting would get in touch with me first thing Mon am but I have recieved nothing, I have emailed 2 more times today and it has been 8 hours with no response. Live chat is hardly ever available and when it is it takes forever.I am not impatient but dont feel very comfortable when I cant get ahold of anybody, they use to be so good with. What is up with Grand Bay???
