Help with Grand bay

Has anybody had any problems with Grand Bay, I use to play quite a bit there and went away from them for a couple of years, I have recently gone back, I played last week and cashed out $1000.00 on Thurs. I have not gotten any notification from accounting, I have emailed 4 times and had only one automated response with no answers from them, I have called about 10 times and only got through on Sat,, cust service told me accounting would get in touch with me first thing Mon am but I have recieved nothing, I have emailed 2 more times today and it has been 8 hours with no response. Live chat is hardly ever available and when it is it takes forever.I am not impatient but dont feel very comfortable when I cant get ahold of anybody, they use to be so good with. What is up with Grand Bay???

i play grand bay a lot of times, and my money hits my neteller account very quickly. it might be because of the easter holidays, you are not getting a response, but i just recieved my winnings off them today, so really i cant say why you are getting treated this way. is their any bonuses involved?

No, just the wheel of fortune spin, but I played through th $25 about 400 times so there is no issue with that. I have never had a problem with them like this before, I hope it is just because of Easter.

I've had quite a few deposits and withdrawals with them recently, no problems, usually only 2 days from withdrawal request to show up in Neteller.

They actually do have live chat if you go to the banking section. They did send me an email back saying they have sent me a cheque, thats great but considering they said on Saturday that accounting would send me an email on my withdrawl preferences and I got nothing. It has been 2 years since I have made a withdrawl here and this has not been a great experience from a casino I hold in high regard. :what:

Hi Jonesvegas, just out of curiousity, had you wanted your cashout by some other method besides cheque? Only asking cause I have cashed out with this group tons of times, and only one time was there any real delay, and that was due to an incorrect Payspark number. The only thing I can think of that would delay their email support is that it is Grand Bay's 4th bday, and I know they are backlogged with emails and promos. No excuse I know, I called a couple of times on the weekend, and even then I had a terrible time getting through on the phone.

Pina, I have since resolved the issue and yes they did send a cheque. I was never concerned about getting paid from them I was more concerned about the total lack of communication and the ignored emails. The casino has basically blamed the holidays as well as their 4th bday promo which I can accept. I have also since had them change my withdrawl preference. Thanks
all who have answered.
