    I joined a casino offering $10 free and won $400 (I am a UK player they accept UK players) I decided to see if I could withdraw and they said I would only get $50 fair enough bonuses winnings are limited on most sites.

    So not wanting to go to all the trouble of sending them documents just for $50 I decided to use it as play money unfortunately, and you know what's coming next, I have now won $1500.

    The advice I am asking is if I deposited and played for a bit and managed to win more would they pay me out on any of the winnings or would they automatically just give me $50 even if I played with real money? if I won within the $10 I deposited would any winnings from that be withdrawable?

    Is it worth depositing to try to cash any extra winnings out or am I on a no win road here?

    Depends on the T&Cs

    Most will say something along the lines of until a withdrawal is made you are still subject to the maximum withdrawal.

    I dont fancy your chances.

    What site is it so we can check the terms?

    Sent you a pm redsfan

    The scenarios I am looking at are;

    1) I deposit $10 and win and make a profit without going into the $1500 I already have won - would I be able to withdraw on the money won from the $10 even if they confiscate most of the winnings down to $50

    2) I deposit $10 and don't win within the $10 but after using some of the bonus $1500 I win and make a profit can they say I used bonus money and not withdrawable?

    3) I deposit and get a bonus % for joining and do the playthrough but use a combination of deposited money, % bonus and the initial $1500 will they still say I used the initially limited bonus?

    Nope, just cash out that 50$ and the rest will disappear.....there no need to Deposit, even if you do, you won't be able to withdraw more than 50$ until you have wasted all that Bonus money.....either way, withdraw it now....and start over with No Balance/Bonus.

    What you could do is PM the Rep first and perhaps cut a deal if you intend to keep playing at the casino ;)

    Then do that. It's still free nice Money :)

    I'm sure you know that you shouldn't try to get more just because you had some more luck. It wouldn't be morally right either since you didn't start with a deposit.

    what site?

    you may be able to earn loyalty points but may need a to make a deposit first, DO NOT take a bonus on the deposit, Some sites auto reduce any wins to the max cap win when a depo is made, If thats the case and you are earning bonus points now, than keep on playing to earn points, Play games where you can choice a feature such as Imortal Romance build up choose a feature on games like that,

    You will not be able to fool the casino, Remember do not take a bonus if deposit in case the cap takes affect and every thing will disaper bar from 50 wins and deposit, But than left with a hefty wager

    Best bet if earning points is just keep earning them, But saying that they might disaper once a depsit is made

    Let's get this straight:

    - you win on a NDB and they tell you its limited to 50$ for the withdrawal, which is in their T&C's probably
    - you agreed but carry on playing
    - you win now 1500$ and think with a 10$ deposit you are entitled to the lot

    Really???? :confused::confused::confused:

    So in future, anybody can play risk free with a NDB, if he/she wins a small deposit of 10 bucks is made and "VOILA" they can withdraw a ton. :rolleyes: This shall be my new gaming plan :rolleyes: :D

    :thumbsup: Where do we sign up LOL

    Though I am unsure which site this thread is referring too, it's gotta be said that I kinda agree with this sort of confusion/conundrum when there are a few sites using pretty ambiguous wording in their T&Cs or promotional blurbs.. When I was a brand new player exploring the online gambling world, sometimes it was quite a task deciphering the legit from the fraudsters (until I found CM ;) of course LOL)

    However, in my limited experience, my understanding is that a NDB with a WD limit, surrenders all the "winnings" upon the specified WD limit amount being cashed out. Or the only amount that transfers to the player's 'cash' is the maximum withdrawable funds that allowed without deposit as soon as that amount is earned through WR and anything else over that figure disappears I thought...

    Even if one made a deposit prior to WD'ing the allowed amount, then can't that can also forfeit any winnings already accumulated or affect the current WR/bonus entitlements? Or even if it was possible to WD any/all funds upon making a deposit, I thought usually then that both bonus wins/own cash are privy to turnover requirements additionally before anything can be cashed out at all!

    There are some rogue outfits that ask you to do another wager but I always hope that people do a search first so they know what kind of casinos it is.

    At many casinos though, like Rival's, always ask for a deposit before you can cash out. They will never give you anything above the max cashout, but you won't lose any bonusoffers and you can always cash out both the winnings and the deposit immediately.
    The same goes for many RTG's.
