Help Please I am Being Robbed by Planetluck

Yeah? Well, planetluck won't pay me on time either it seems.

I played their java version, and I played slots, and I took no bonus.

First day I won $1000, waited the required 8 hours, cashed out and the money was in my account overnight.

Then I played again and won $500. I tried to cash out, it accepted my request.

It's been over a week and no money.

I am going to have to do something about it come Monday...

Since I don't use bonuses I expect payouts without delay, especially when I play slots only.

This is the first time that I encounter iglobal, i.e. Party Gaming, practicing slow cashout. I was always impressed with the fast service before.

$500 is not a huge amount of money, for crying out loud!

Yes, Tom, you should not be displaying affiliate codes, really, or direct links to a casino. It's not polite to Bryan, it's his store here, so to speak.

It is extremely nice he lets people have signatures with commercial content at all. Having a website in your sig helps that website in the search engines, and that is what it's for, not stealing customers.

Anyway, you mean well and I would just remove the direct linkis with code attached.

But that is not why I am posting - I did get paid by Planetluck, was in my Neteller this morning.

It was just a bunch slower than I am used to from them.

I can thank you a thousand times for everything BingoT but I can not thank you enough for believing that I am telling the truth. If I was not do you honestly believe that I would still be fighting this battle?

This has been a long and exhausting routine for me. I have found myself dealing with daily for the last 41/2 months now and about 2 months waiting for a response from the top management.

But BingoT I have to point this out, my cash out was not in any way a part of so called the red flag alert. That flag was waiving high in the air long before pattyj59 was confirmed as a player. The credit team as well as the casino manager Damian Martin was very aware of all the activities or should I say all the transactions made by these other players.

So again I ask the same question over and over again? What gives the casino rights to make a decision to allow a player to play at their site and then not honor their cash out request. The facts remain the same from the beginning of creating the account till the time of the cash out.

Risk Management had already given me the procedures that I must comply to in order to receive my winnings. It just happened I had contact IGC group who had directly went to the top with this problem. After all I felt that I was being pushed around and having to many untruthful promises made was getting way out of control that is why I had seeked help elsewhere. Biggest mistake made I guess after all I was told if I had not contacted them then I would have been paid already. (Hummmmm)
