I don't think we are hearing the full story from Patty, mutiple accounts, chargebacks etc. I think it is more of a story how the casinos have to deal with player fraud.

We heard both sides. Patty says the other accounts weren't hers... and the chargebacks weren't hers either. If this was a community computer, which she says states it was... then she may be telling the truth, but what I have a problem with is the fact that everyone using the computer to gamble was playing at one of the shittiest casinos and software out there. That's what makes me tend to believe that it was probably the same person on all accounts. Let's face it... if there were 20 players or more, as the number of accounts indicates.. then they all wouldn't be stupid enough to play at Starluck or Planetluck.

The sad part is the Multiple Accounts on the same Computer

Patty now is a dear friend and I did my best to help her out. I have a friend that is a lawyer and I gave him all what was said by everyone and I mean everything that was posted in all sites about this matter and the casino's side of the story too.
The sad part is the Multiple Accounts on the same Computer
And Patty I know all the stuff you told me on the phone that your friend had $60.000.00 on his acct from the same Computer and they never said anything until now.
And the worst is the casino can go after her on farud if they like.
My friend told me she should call them & Plea Bargain and for both sides come up with a settlement on this matter to work out something.
I hate to type the whole story but Patty and I have talked on the phone on this and she knows what's up.
The Casino's all have rules in black & white telling you what you can & can't do.
It's to bad it came out this way.
But Patty your always going to be a great friend and you will always be in my heart.

Patty can escalate this herself

Hi Patty,

Like I said, there isn't much else that can be done. You say the casino owes you money, the casino tells me this:
...there are more than 30 accounts, precisely 44 accounts linked to the same IP. There are 8 counts of charge backs. The Head of Retention for PartyGaming had personally spoken to this player and she was adamant and abusive.
+++++++++++++++++

I've spoken with the top people there about this, not just some support dweeb. Now if you definitely feel that you are in the right, and have not broken their terms and conditions, then I suggest you contact their licensing agency:

Can't they just overlook the fact that she had 43 extra accounts? We're just splitting hairs now. I've heard of people who walk in their sleep and function somewhat normally without ever remembering any of it the next morning. Perhaps she was sleep-walking 43 times last year and for some strange reason was drawn to the computer to create a new account with Planetluck? Anything's possible I guess!

Especially since they weren't swift enough to catch it earlier? :what:

No need to mention it as long as she was losing. I'm sure they caught it when account#2 was made from the same ip.

Hmmm

You know, when I was doing some affiliate stuff a few years ago, I offered a $10 no deposit deal from the original Winners Playground Casino - and it had to be stopped because someone opened 30+ accounts with similar details - ALL of the account ID's has the word 'PATTY' in them and one of them was actually 'PATTYJ'.

This might be unrelated, but it triggered some interest when I first read this story today.

Be that as it may, you are wasting your time patty. Multiple accounts give the Casino all the ammo it needs. You didnt mention if more than one signup bonus has been claimed from that computer, but if this happened you really are in trouble.

Its time to move on and forget about this money....Im not calling you a liar but where there is smoke, there is often fire and Im not 100% that you are innocent in this matter.

I can also attest to never having any cashout issues with any member of this Casino Group and usually get my money to Neteller within 6 hours.

Good Luck anyway

I think those multiple account days are over. After being disqualified for jackpot of over $30,000.00 on a slot I'd think a lesson was learned.

Hey Nifty Thank You I just hope for Patty this is not true.
I will pass this on.

Question To Casino Reps on this matter.

**Having never had this problem, and reading through this thread, I am still undecided about the whole Patty issue. BUT what DID pop into my head was a few questions:
1) In a situation where many pple share the same house-hold (it happens all the time in London!) - HOW DOES casino seperate the players? ie: I play on the computer, and so does my buddy. Buddy mess up, I get punished?

2)The rule of one account one computer is mostly applicable in the event of bonus offers. I have noticed many times that casinos don't care if you have 100 accounts, as long as you don't take bonusses from ALL of them. BUT, it was only recently that they 'came out'of the closet and announced 'group casinos'. Are they then the same properties? This is a technicality, but I do see a loophole in it. The t & c's are applicable to THAT casino only. It has NOTHING to do with the group. In the event that I have an account with ALL of them, AND take the bonus - am I now a bonus abuser? Although I deposit and play my own money?

3) What would be the solution on an internet cafe machine, library etc? Can they HONESTLY just say "Screw that, same IP, you don't get your money, but we'll take it?"

Here I am not just talking to/about the casino in question, but all of them, across the board. Just random thoughts... and wondering what the answers to that is. I still maintain. THe safest way to play is by NOT taking on bonusses and promotions (other than to test a system - and CS - maybe.) **

Replies to all in regards to my Problem/Planetluck issue

Sorry I have been knocking myself out with this issue in hand. Did not realize it has been awhile since I been back here. So let me start at the first message I had not replied to.

Lord Have Mercy I will definitely look into this, and what it cost I hope that it's in my affordable reach. I would pay the cost just to prove to all who has doubted me in any way of telling the truth that I was a player with no intentions of any fraudulent acts being done at this or any casino sites in that matter.

tim5ny as far as getting anywhere I still have a few resources who is looking into this for me. As far a it seems to me I feel like there is no type of support offered to us online players. At least not so far from what I am experiencing so far. But I do believe if there is any then I will find it because the saying is the truth will be told.

As far as the shittiest casinos well I can not speak for others but only myself. I have seen my two friends gamble at this site for several months and refused to do so. Only after the one friend who was addicted to this site had me think it might be somewhat fun after all I was going into a state of depression if one should know my reason.

As far as the same person opening up theses accounts was not true. I had found out that they confirm and need to verify you before allowing you to continue as a player. How this is done you must send them a few documents one being your ID. Which most of those players have done from what I was able to find out, I had to send my information to them as well. Also I was informed that not all players signed up from the same ip as I did. Let me try to explain this clear as possible, see the one who actually did had a family or friend that signed up from their computer not the one in question but they had linked all them to the one ip address. Hope that was clear enough to understand.....

As far as knowing who and what was going on I was somewhat in the dark I had only did what I thought was the way being informed by my friend. To open an account and play. Why would one think anything negative would come out and kick her in the behind after all the casino gave me the green light to go ahead and be this preferred player. After sending in all my documents needed by the casino, well aware they were of all this activities going on in the back ground so to say.

If the red light was blinking after the cash out was made then why did they allow me to open up accts with the other sites. Risk management was the one who came up with the decision that only if I payed for someone else's charge backs will I get my winnings this I did not feel was right but the amount that was asked still left me with a pretty good amount of winnings not only that this headache of a nightmare would be over with
.

BingoT my friend I am not sure if I had mentioned to you that I took the advise of trying to talk to them in a pleasant manner and still they continue to ignore me but I do have the support agents tell me that they will be in contact with me. As a matter of fact I was told that they would be contacting me this Friday that just past again nothing happened no one has contacted me.

Nifty29
that was one of the reasons why I did finally gave in and opened an account. My friend the one who had just opened an account in Dec was constantly telling me at least once a week about his cash ins and how quickly he had the cash in his bank account.

Now as far as all the accounts ids has the word patty in them is most definitely incorrect if so then yes some fraud has been committed here but not by me!!!!!! There should be no more than 4 accounts at 4 different sites that would have the name patty associated with.

Funny I that was said!!!

Hi Casinomeister I see that this was posted: The Head of Retention for PartyGaming had personally spoken to this player and she was adamant and abusive.

What's funny about this as I recall he was the rudest and most unfriendliest person to whom I had dealt with regarding this issue. You know when he had first contacted me after I had almost went crazy because I had requested someone to contact me so that I may explain how I was caught up in this.
He would only identify himself as Mike if this is the person who is the one you mentioned above. I had asked for his position or at least what department he was from and he refused to answer the question so I was unclear of who I was talking to other than Mike. I was not abusive nor was I adamant at all I would never had given anyone a reason to terminate a call that I had finally received after begging for such. He was saying a lot of things that I was not saying at all but for some reasons this is what he was hearing my words come out like. All I was trying to do was explain how credit team confirmed and verified all my details and allow me to be s prefer player his respond was I am not going to stay on this phone and let you talk bad about his employees and this I was not doing at all. When lost connection at one point he did not call back I had immediatley contacted the casino because I was unable to return the call finally he did call me back. He had mentioned that he thought I had hung up the phone I had explained as I mentioned before no way was I going to disconnect this call after waiting so long for it. But he was insisting that he was the one who made the final decision him alone and it was not going to be over turned. It seemed as if he was on some kind of power trip where I am the strong one and you are going to do as I say and that is final. I was amazed at the way he was interpreting my words to be all it was to him nothing but negative conversation as if I was imposing on his daily life. Again we had lost contact at this time I was unable to get him to call back not for several weeks . And then he had mentioned again he thought I disconnect the call why would he think that after all I had told him how important this phone call was to me and I would not do so. Still in that same attitude he was just being unreasonable towards me and he then hung up the phone in the most rudest manner was this person. Not willing to identify himself only as Mike and that was it, how professional is that. So I do believe this is the same person after all he was the only one I have been able to talk to for the past 3 and a half months now......

I am still waiting for top management to contact me this is what I was told recently why this is going this way is so unbelievable to me.

Hi pattyj59,

Have you contacted the licensing jurisdiction yet like I suggested? You're going around in circles here.

privacy@starluckcasino.com, financialsec@gibtelecom.net, webmaster@gibraltar.gov.gi, info@partygaming.com, fergusw@partygaming.com, manager@onlinecasinoservice.com, info@gamblingplayersassociation.com.[/U]

These are the e-mail addresses I was able to track down from the internet. If one of the above is that of which you had mentioned to send an email to then i have if not can you provide me with such email address.

The last time I was contacted from one of the above was on the 2nd of August that was from financialsec@gibtelecom.net to whom I a waiting for someone to contact me back.

This is what was sent to me:

Dear Ms Johnson,

I refer to your e-mail of 2 August 2005.

I confirm that your complaint is being processed, the outcome of which will be communicated to you at the earliest possible oportunity.
[/COLOR]

So I am hoping that this is a honest site a site that helps players who have been wrongfully accused, and that I am not put on hold as long as I have been while waiting for the top management to contact me............

Thanks Casinomeister you quick response is much appreciated,

Patty's problems

BingoT,

I think this is a dead issue. Patty just is not on the up and up, chargebacks, +31 accounts with same IP etc.

Buck

On The Up and Up

Buck let me answer this one........ :what: .because it shouldv'e been addressed to me and not BingoT. So as far as up and up I'm so high up there with the truth it's not even funny. Aint nothing dead on this end, it must be at the casinos end because they are not getting back to me. I've been requesting now for 4 months an explanation a written documentation or a simply courtesy reply to my emails sent, but no one has yet responded back. So who's on the up and up if they were then why wouldn't I get any cooperation. After all casino support continuously informs me that TOP Management will be in contact with me and that I just have to wait. So if this was on the up and up on their end they would have long ago answered my questions.

:o BingoT... as you can tell nothing yet babe. I will definately let you know, you will be at the top of my list. Just me.. Patty

Patty's problems

Patty,

I will close my PP, starluck, and planet luck accounts today. Those crooks.
In your words "this group of rip off, liars, dishonest, and most of all a big casino fraud."

Buck

Hey Buck

I'll tell ya I think she does have truth to the matter.

BUT
With all the many acct's on that ISP it does not help her in anyway. And I know it's not Planetluck or Starlucks fault on this matter. and like any of the casino's online I still trust them and they do pay you on time if your a one acct user on one ISP.
And I was told if she only took out like $1000.00 or less at a time the Red flag would never come up.but that Big hit and that Big cash out did it.
I have had many join from me and won good money and never ran into a cash out problem.and they all got paid in like 8 0r 9 days but if they wished to pay the $25.00 for that 3 day thing it got to them on time.
It's a shame she was on a community computer when it was hit from many that used the same computer.
I just wish they will settle this in the good for her or come up with something.
