From support agent to support manager to the head person I can not say exactly his title that is what he said to me he is the top one and he had made the final decision and him alone. This person was the rudest ass ever to be in a high position this scares me.

What I really need to know is there anywhere online for us players who is being mistreated and abused by this group. This is a long one so I am going to make it short. I opened an acct deposited into the casino once then before I made m cashout in the amount of $240000.00 and now the casino won't pay. Oh yea this was fair and honest win the only unfair and dishonest thing was that site. Please help I don't know where to go or what to do I emailed several links but nothing has come my way......This can't be happening.

Patty, at the half-dozen or so boards you have posted this, the total you tried to cash out was $23,850.00. Also you mentioned in those other posts that there were many accounts playing from the same computer, and that was what Planetluck was basing their decision on.

Planetluck has ties to Party Poker ... which is soon going public. Besides a video poker glitch which they refuse to acknowledge ... I haven't heard of cashout complaints before. Without more info, I'm going to assume that you're the one scamming them.

If I was the one scamming here there would be no way in hell that I would be trying so damn hard to get some justice. As for the story changing nothing has changed because the truth remains the same maybe I might have misprinted the dollar amount that is because I have requested a few times from the casino to an agent who at the time was working with my cash out to reverse some of the winnings back to my casinos. All I know my cash out started at $24,000.00 then I had asked that $100 to be transferred to three of my accounts that would then lets calculate this
$24,000.00-$300.00=$23,700.00 and a day or so later while waiting for this to be processed I requested once again to revese some more cash not much more I can not recall maybe another $150 or $200 and that was all I transferred back. As far as my previous amounts that I had listed I was trying to recall what the total was but by this time after dealing with casino for over a month with the lies and the dishonesty that I was getting daily from them was just a little to much weight on my mind. You try to write an email with the all the details outline, to a place that you are in serious need of their help. Especially after all there were so many different things going on with this cashout after all the casino was caught up in a dilemma.

The dilemma being that for 2 years they had allowed several player to open accounts from the same ip address. BingoT I am going to copy and paste the most recent and cleariest explanation that I was able to write. This is because after all since the 25th of April I had lost lots of sleep and was only napping in between dealing with this matter and taking care of my family by the way if I was scamming again I would never had gone this far to where it became a daily problem in my home.

My family was the one sufferring from this more than I knew my kids had told their father that they could not deal with me anymore and he felt the same way. I was just caught up in this nightmare a nightmare worst than freddy krugger's nightmare in planetluck.So just the other day I had finally had a decent nights sleep and was able to write down the facts a little more clear than I have been. A problem this large which has many explantions in between all the cracks is easier to voice than to write. This was an email that I had to send to a online forum host I am new to all this online gambling and so I was posting where ever someone can hear my cry for help. This to me was so horrible that a casino site could do such yes I am aware that manager has the right to do whatever they please but don't they have a right to make sure it's not a dishonest decision. Look BingoT I just went back to my document and it.s pretty long as I said details were that of kayos so I was wondering if I am able to email that directly to you. You think we are tough? The meister is even tougher. What else would you expect if you have to deal with rogue casinos and evil players both of which are giving the industry a bad name. We have seen too many of both so we dont really believe everything we read unless there are some hard facts to support them. However,I think you have found the right forum if you really need help. Bryan,Spearmaster and Jetset are simply marvellous in getting back players' genuine winnings and deposits. If you have had a good rest and can state all the facts,try pitching a bitch.

Updated news on my planetluck nightmare story!!!1

1. my account being under three investigation the 3rd one being by security/risk management
who had given me one ultimatum and no negotiations well be made was that I pay for the charge backs that were linked to me by a phone number that was listed on my account as the registered phone number. I did agree to such bogus reasons and after being convinced by my husband to pay the $3800 for those charge backs that is when I was told that the head department was now investigating this matter. I must point out that I never had registered such number on my account. I however was contacting them on a issue that they needed to look into and get back to me with at that time I had told them I was not at home and can not be called back at the number I registered with the casino. They then asked if I had a contact number so they can get back to me. I had told them I am at a friends and they had asked if they can call me back at my friend number, no problem I said and so that is they only way I can think how her number happens to be registered on my account .

It makes no sense and neither does this site. How do they explain this my other 3 accounts partybingo, starluck, aceclub all have one number registered and that is the number that should have been registered with planetluck. I have proof of this I copied the registration page which shows this information I got it right off their cashier page the page where you register your information. After pointing all this out they must have realized that something was not right here and I was not going to let that be. They then came up with another reason this one was more shocking than the wrong phone number being registered.

Linked accounts they had said was the problem now, yes this was a problem after all the casino for the last 2 years allowed several players to open accounts from the same ip address and not once was there a problem like this. They had no problem with this when they were getting more deposits the cash outs I assume after all from what was told to me not one player cashed out more than $1000.00 or so but what they were putting in was way more than they were giving out until this win of mine. The casino had asked me at the time of registration if I knew a few players that were registered from the same computer I had knew one she was the friend who had referred me the other two I had no idea until I asked my friend who by the way is the owner of the computer.

It seems that they planned this out they allowed several players to open accounts knowing that if they win big they do not have to pay out because they were going to use this reason. Prior to me opening an account a player that is a friend also opened an account in Dec. 2004 he was a platinum player within a short while deposited daily and made several a day he was hooked on starluck and he had a pattern of attempting to cash out his little winnings of a $1000.00 or so dollars but he would seem to go back and throw it all back into the casino. He had spent about $50,000 in the short time he was a player and his cash out was no where near that at all. This player was the one player who at first was not locked out but he had registered from the same ip address as I did so that was not making any sense after all all my deposit had cleared so why was I put on the list of bad players and his account wasn't? Only after I had asked support why and what is the difference between the 2 accounts? They could not give an answer instead the next day he found his account to be locked he then contacted the casino who told him it was related to a problem that was first show on his account back when he first opened it but this was resolved and here they are trying to use it again dummies. After all his accounts were re opened as to mine I was told still under investigation. His account now is permanently lock this is only after speaking with someone who claims to be the top person at these sites the one who made the decision to not pay me my cash out.

That person sounds like he was put up to this as he was rude unprofessional and so far out of this world with what he was saying to me regarding things that was supposedly happening. Sounded confused as for what he was saying he was mentioning things that he had said I was admitting to and things I was saying that would have put me in a bad situation and trying to correct him was impossible he would not listen to reasoning or the truth as he stated he was the one who had made the final decision and the decision will not change..I have never dealt with any type of customer support that had so many lies after lies and guys this is the honest to gods truth.

I hope that this was clear to understand the whole truth in this matter because I tried to point out the important parts and the parts that needed to be heard but there were so many that I had a difficult time after all this group has put me through so many changes. Is this ip you have a static one or is the casino able to determine your computer otherwise, for example MAC address of the ip card?

You know guy's I am not sure what type of ip this really is I do know that it's connected through a WIRELESS NETWORK/ cable modem if that helps any. But as far as the casino goes they were well aware of several accounts before mine registering from the same computer ip address. So what was the difference between me cashing out and the most recent player who also registered from the same system, cashing out just weeks before I did? oh it must be the dollar amounts and yes it was at 24k but after the request I had asked the casino to deposit $100 in my other 3 accounts that I have with them then one more time I think it was to party bingo for $150? it's been so long ago and so much crap I've taken from them I totally forgot the exact amount for the second transfer of my winnings to party bingo. This was my first of knowing that there is an ip address for computers. By the time my friend opened an account several players before her had not even mentioned that there was a rule of some sort regarding players per ip and things of that nature after all the casino had confirmed verified and allow deposit and some times cash outs from all the players that is in question all but me. How does that sound to you sounds to me that this was all planed they allowed all this activities to go one knowing one day some player was going to hit and cash out and with this many players linked the players was going to just take a lost and then who ever is running the show and their peoples they will be able to fraud this cash out and deny it that means they would divide the wins amongst themselves that is those that were crooks and as far as I am concerned just about everyone there is just that. pattyj59

This is for those who doubted my hit!!!! The $25000.00 one at that as far as payouts I can say they are trying hard not to pay players even thoughs that have won fair and honest. Yes the casino gave the okay after all they allowed several players to open accounts and continue to make play at their site, not only were they able to deposit they were also cashing out as well. Like I said before 2 years this casino sites had confirned several players identity and continued to allow them to be players...... I had to make an adjustment to the picture of the hit I made, at the casino.

I feel sorry for you due to the fact that the casino has every right to deny your winnings on one of the most basic precepts of online gambling. One account per household/computer. All of the money you and your friends poured into this place... and you never had a chance because of this technicality. The casino will claim that it never discovered the multiple accounts from the same ip address until they began to process your winnings, and it may be true, but I highly doubt that's the case with the sophisticated security measures put in place by online casinos. This is a basic infraction that I think the security systems would catch right away at the time the second account registered from an ip address already used by a current account. The sad part of this whole thing is that the casino continued to let you guys keep pouring your money in without considering it a problem unless you won something.

There must be another hidden way the casino can determine this special computer.
If there is a small local area network at home, 2 computers connected, one dynamic ip to the outside, played to different times, the casino could nothing do.

we only speak what we think not all the time what we know, so I am not going to let your comment upset this issue that I am dealing with. As far as them fools at the casino they were well aware of all players that opened up accounts from the ip in question. Each player is confirmed and details verified by a phone call from the credit team who at one part of the verification process they asked if you know a few players at this time they name 3 or so players names and you have to tell them how you know these players if you know them at all. Because they have also opened up an account from the same computer they let you know that is why the are asking this question. So it is clear that they are aware of such and if they deny this then the truth will be said and players will be aware that this group is a scamming lying online fraud casino. So let's hope that they realize they can not mislead players as it seems that they have done in my case.

So far, this is whay I have from the casino:

...there are more than 30 accounts, precisely 44 accounts linked to the same IP. There are 8 counts of charge backs. The Head of Retention for PartyGaming had personally spoken to this player and she was adamant and abusive.

I think that if the player feels that she's been wronged, I can put her in contact with the Gibraltar authorities (Planetluck is licensed there). They should be able to look into this - if she's in the right, more power to her.

If she's wrong, she owes me 500 Euro for making a bogus claim (stated clearly on the "Pitch a Bitch" form).
