Help Needed

Today i registered with a casino called Ice36 , assumed its all above board as its from UK and that , deposited £20..then £80 .....played some games then im kicked from website and cant get back in , emailed customer support few times , nothing......... i think the problem is that is accepts Great British players but im from Northern Ireland therefore am not from Great Britain??? Obviously this is a misunderstanding or i wouldn't have registered

I had £120 in account at time of being booted out and was just wondering would i lose my £100

Any help appreciated

You should have no issues from NI as far as I know. Unless you live near the border and use a Eire IP?
If not, you shouldn't have an issue. This group has a lot of casinos, they may have spotted a dupe or excluded account elsewhere?

No , everything should be fine, i live in Belfast and bank card and that mine , i had a Gamstop exclusion that ended last Thursday just , any email i have sent has been returned , £120 in the account .............. dont know whats happening .... just want my £100 back to be honest.

I had nothing but trouble with that brand! As you night know from our earlier conversations, I played for many years and normally have no problem at any casinos.
I had a hard time getting verified on N1 and yesterday they mailed me a 150% bonus. Typed in the code and no bonus on my account!
Asked chat - they told me I didn`t type in the code!! Result - nothing he could do!! :mad:

I think you've misunderstood - the OP is from Ulster, or Northern Ireland and the abbreviation is N.I. lol
Who mentioned N1 casino?

Did you go through the GAMSTOP ending procedure, phone interview etc? If not, it will still be live, even if date has expired. This issue has come up before, apparently it's not as simple as the exclusion period expiring.

I think the issue here is that the GAMSTOP update hasn't been registered by the casino yet, they do say there can be a few days before it's updated and this is a BH Weekend... IF this is the case and the casino mistakenly thinks you're banned still, then they have to void your bets and return your deposits anyway.

This happened to me after my exclusion ended on prospect casino got account opened made a deposit lost said deposit then had my account closed stating Gamstop.
Even tho the exclusion had ended and the casino themselves at that stage hadn’t signed up to Gamstop one of the remaining few that hadn’t strange to say the least.

Don't know how im getting my £100 back or onto the site to play with the £120 cash ......... maybe i will be able to log-in tomorrow...........or they will contact me.............. who knows :what:

*UPDATE* ....... So got up this morning , email from Ice36 to change password and that...done it and got logged in......... sent off all verification documents..... doesnt seem to be a problem...... verified email also.......... playing some slot game............... oh what a surprise............. logged out and cant get back in and email i sent is again being returned from the server...... absolute joke............... oh and cant withdraw any money because i have some slot bonus to finish.......... a slot i only started to play cause they said i had 30 free spins............. :mad:
