Help needed for young Mum

Hi Dave,

I don't think you should be posting this on the forum. There is help available without asking members for money, she can go to citizens advice, council etc

So what was this all about then??
Why the hell didn't somebody quote the original post lol

A casino paid out a x100 bonus on Bonanza, so it's asking for us to donate to pay those winnings out, as they can't afford such a large win on Bonanza.

Or the real story someone we don't know wants money because they got a bag stolen.

I don't see any problem with Dave posting the link. It's nice that he wants to help his friend. I am not sure about the rules on this but if he clears it with the CM team I am sure it would be fine. A young Mum losing her wages for the whole week can put herself and children in a dire situation. Just saying.

A link to someone's PayPal isn't really appropriate imo. I don't doubt it would be a horrible situation especially as a mother myself, but there are places she can go for help.

You're right, it is nice he wants to help his friend.

I agree if the post was approved and the rules followed there is no problem but it did need to go through the right process.

Hopefully other friends and family will help too.

Go Fund me's have been posted in this forum in the past usually once cleared by the big man himself (Bryan) or another mod. Paypal has a new thing kinda like a tip or donation bar so it's the same as Go Fund Me except with Paypal I think there is a smaller or no admin fee. Again if he gets permission then he should be able to post the like. Dave has been a member here for years so we all know what kind of a guy he is. Again if he gets permission then it should be fine.

@nutnut We all need to do crowdfunding looking for that fucking D in Bonanza

Told her about the paypal tip thing that would be perfect.

He was asking for donations to his friend who had her handbag stolen today with her £350 wages in. There was a link to her PayPal. That's about the gist
Ahhh right great stuff I lost £250 on a game called DOA last night I will gladly accept donations.now I don't have Palpay or any of that carry on but I can accept bank transfers...
Oh the joys of people believing pixels posted by some random who probably spunked the money up her nose or gambling.
