Help me,ECash Direct has voided my neteller withdraw

I requested a withdraw for 629$ with neteller.
Today I receved this email:This is to inform you that ECash Direct (UK) Ltd. has voided your withdrawal request for $629.00 back to your NETeller account. Please contact ECash Direct for more information.

only this nothig explation

The casino is Peach casino.

I used my personal pin that I receved to my home for withdraw.

Please help me.

Surely your first step is to contact them and find out why they've voided your cashin?

Until you know why they've voided it (or at least tried to find out why), how do you expect someone to help you?

It could have purely been an administration error - they messed up my Intercasino deposit and cashin a few weeks back, but after a single email it was all sorted.
 
Dirk is right on the mark here, call their toll free phone number and just ask. Either that or email them, but calling I'd think would be faster.
 
I sent three email one to peach casino and two to Ecash direct
now I try to call
but I speake english very bad.
the first time a problem with a criptologic casino.
All my friends said that criptologic are the best casino on net and never a player has problems.
I don't know
 
I am pretty sure that support has people who speak various languages, so they should have someone who can speak Italian.

Today I speak with ecash direct support in italian.
He does not know because my withdraw to Peach casino was denied and because my account was closed.
He said me that tomorrow send an email me with an explation.
He 'll say me what I must do to resolve this problem.

Also my account in VIP CASINO (another casino of ECASH Direct) is been closed without comunication.There my balance is 565$ and I must receve the pin to withdraw.
I have not any problem to send to Ecash direct my identity proof or other documented.

Ps I don't have doble account.
 
Hmm - something fishy here one way or another, I've never heard of E-cash doing anything like this unless something untoward had been going on :what:

If your sure you haven't broken any of the Crypto/Ecash's rules then 'Pitch a Bitch' at this site - I'm sure Bryan will get to the bottom of it for you.

Are you sure you and a friend haven't used the same computer/internet connection/Neteller account?

I had some PMs with him/her in Italian, and he/she had used a neteller account from a friend. That's possibly the reason...Not done in bad faith, but still a violation of the rules. Sometmes it's not easy to get all T&Cs and especially for Italian speakers there are very few resources...

Man I've got to tell ya that it's absolute insanity for people to try to cut corners by attempting to share Neteller accounts and such things.

Hopefully, this situation can be reconciled in a way that this individual will not loose out totally. But man, people have got to learn.

That's one of the best ways other than 'sharing' computers for getting yourself banned!

I speak with Italian support,and he tell me that is all right because I sent all authorisations of Neteller holder and driver license.
