Did you deposit or was this a no deposit bonus? I didn't know they kept a low max bet on table games. $10 max on table games is really extremely low.

here we go again with the over max bet allowed :) the years i have been a member here there are countless threads about this,
and only a goodwill from the casino, like let you start over, but that dont usually happens
its in the terms and if they were to let one player pass then why not all players who break the rules.
so im pretty sure your not getting any im sorry.
even 1 bet is enough you could just as well have won big on that bet like any other bets.

Yeah but like Viking said you could have also won on that bet. It sucks its one bet. I have seen plenty of casinos bend a little on one bet, but I don't think its going to happen with Grande Vegas. Send the rep here also.

I also see you may be posting this complaint at another forum also. Kind of not cool to start a complaint at the same time at multiple forums.

yes thx for the advice . but not win nothing whit is bet, If I had won that bet money I was conscious that I had this fault, but because no pass that is why I am asking them to review my case. Anyway, it publishes the result and with respect to the other forum already delete it

    Sounds extremely harsh IMHO. :(

Grande Vegas is Accredtited here - so first sent the rep a PM: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=16052

After giving them a reasonable amount of time, if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.
This is CasinoMeister's FREE service to help players with problems at non-rogue casinos.

To submit your PAB, click here: Pitch-A-Bitch
Be sure to read ALL the terms for submitting a PAB, including the Frequently Asked Questions here: PAB FAQs

Not sure a PAB is the right way to go though, as you DID break the terms. This leaves you on VERY dodgy ground.

    Good luck!

    That's really tough...

In my opinion, PAB would be a waste of time. I would not expect them to make an exception for you. Although I personally rarely bet over $10 a spin (don't play Pai Gow Poker) I still despise maximum bet restrictions on a bonus intensely.

I realize you lost that hand and from my understanding is that you only had $17 left to fulfill the WR. I guess you had a brain fart. We've all done it.

Be grateful it wasn't 2K instead of a couple hundred.

No Pay....oh well take my money elsewhere

Same thing happened to me last month. Odd I asked them to pull the logs and show where I went over during the time the bonus was on the account. They couldn't wouldn't, didn't. Oh well it was on a free chip they gave me so I am more offended because I am a good customer, than not getting the payout at all. In turn, I take my money to CWC's. They pay when they say, no restrictions and they clearly state if there are on the "Coupon Details and on there T&C page, in 12pt font I might add. Not on some long list of 6pt font where the bet over 10.00 rule is near the bottom of the page(3rd to the last i believe). Not sure if there finances work like the rest of the world. But the money they gain on this little bauble totally increases there bottom line. Sadly I will now say I wish they were US regulated, that would put end to the shell game some casinos try, and fairly succeed at.

I play about 5000 a month across casinos. I can deal with a spell of tight slots, a delay because of non-us appointed holiday. But I won't deal with slight of hand, unresponsiveness, and ignorance even though I am quite nice and professional( I openly admit when I am being a bitch, but this was not the case this time or anytime with the JC Group). Dry feedback and lack of at least trying to satisfy the customer. Everything is no, ummmm no and well because you don't deposit enough.....la la la. Eventually the regulations will go away in the US. I can't wait to see what happens when MG comes back (if they do) or other casinos can join the horse race. Be interesting to see how GV acts then. Or if they go rogue and change there names 100 times like the others.
