My first post so please me kind. I currently in the process of complaining to 32red regarding their failure to exclude my account despite various requests in 2015 and 2016. I should probably add I did complain at the time but gave up as had other issues going on. Their treatment however still makes me angry and yet still they refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing and refuse to apologise.
I first requested to self -exclude in 2015 and explained I had a gambling problem. To which they sent my a form to print, scan and sent back to them. I couldn’t do this as I didn’t have a printer. This happened again on a further occasion again they sent a form.
Being a problem gambler I of course tried to deposit again. I was able to.
Then in April 16 I again attempted again this time emailing their support address and explaining I had a problem and begging them to stop letting me deposit. At this point the whole ‘form’ requirement was scrapped by 32red. In this SAME week they unfortunately changed their email Suppoer address and the one I’d emailed was apparently unmonitored. So they are arguing they did not receive this. I obviously still have proof of sending.
I again went on to deposit more until finally later in the year I was able to exclude.
Surely 32red had a duty from the point in 2015 they were aware I had a gambling problem ?
I am getting nowhere with their useless complaints system and they are denying wrongdoingI’ve reported to GC.
is there anything else I can do ? I feel their treatment was so predatoryto someone who just wanted desperately to stop. is there anything else I can do would I have success in the small claims court ? I
