HELP!!! Finally win(small)but cant cash out

    Hi all,
    Maybe someone here can provide some suggestions or rep from CWC can help.
    I've tried sending a PM but mailbox seems to be full. Live chat though friendly
    no solution.

    I recieved a manager's bonus of 15$ from manhattan slots. I cleared WR(yipee first time)
    but was only at 10x. Max cashout is 10X bonus=150$. So I chk my w/d options ACH and
    courier chk and find the min to w/d is 350$. But max w/d is 150....was adviced by live chat
    to open e-wallet , make a deposit and then request a w/d. But I informed them I have tried
    opening and funding casino account via eco and click2pay but no go due my credit card issuer
    is U.S based. All my previous deposits were made via credit card. I actually do not want to w/d
    at this time but since max w/d from bonus was met, useless to continue. I suggested they remove
    the excess above 150$ and let me continue to try and reach the 350 mark but no reply to this suggestion,
    only to try and open a e-wallet account at another site. I personally dont think my suggestion was un-reasonable.
    Any ideas guys.......oops..and gals...lol......and I hope this is the right place for this(first thread) if not... OOPS

    This is an ongoing problem it seems. The withdrawal vs the max win/withdrawal does not meet the criteria. IMO, the reason for this is so you just play it back. I do wonder why anyone even bothers with these kinds of bonuses, knowing you they won't meet the bonus criteria.. The aggravation alone would turn me off if I took these bonuss.

    As to a solution. Is it worth the headache to try to open an account to get these monies? I , personally do not think so. You have nothing invested so you really are not losing a thing. I would just play it out,, call it a day and not take another to avoid this same scenerio. There might be a reason for the max cashout by the casinos on these bonuses...you just have to figure out if they are worth the hassle. Casinos do NOT have to accomodate you to make this withdrawal happen. If you really want this money...check out the LIST of withdrawal options in the casino and request to open an account from one of those sources until you hit one that will allow you to open an account.

    I'm never angry....lol

    Am happy to a point that after all these months finally ABLE to request a cashout....but 150$ I would rather
    continue playing to at least a 4 figure payout or close to it. I'll wait for awhile and see if I get a response from the rep(and the pm box needs attention....lol). thanks for the advice.

    i just now checked inet bet another RTG platform casino [accrededited ] there min cash out is 100.00 by check

    Yes it would've been a hassle to open and go through the verification yet again to open anothr e-wallet.
    I went ahead and started playing it down.....or that was what I thought would happen.....but hit 5 turtles
    with a 8x on bonus round on crystal waters...glad it was only on .40 per spin or I would be pulling out my hair
    at this time.....now at 500+.....If they had accepted my suggestion....heck I wouldve told them as a good sport
    just send me the 350 min for a chk.....but now i'm ticked.....and still no response from their cashier team....ughhhhh

    Well at least it helped make up my mind

    Well folks,

    have'nt heard back from any support staff or rep concerning this issue.
    But no biggies, it was on a freebie. But at least it helped me out
    to decide where not to play.....Thanks to all who offered their assistance
    especially chuchu.....real cool to offer that help....but like I said , I wanted
    to know for myself how this would work out. But after unloading this group my
    computer screen looks so bare....lol....hope they pass that legislation soon. THANKS to
    all the members again....Also with this issue I found out I may be the only person from
    Guam that gambles on-line...I feel so special....hehehe!!!

    Send email to "lauren" she is in the promotions department.

    Ask for Laurens email address and also send the Cashier an email

    Here is my take, if you could withdrawal; once paid you could redeposit the amount and play with it and if you win naturally cash out the entire balance.

    So, it is stupid for them not to let you keep playing your balance MINUS the bonus(they can subtract the bonus from your account).

    They should do this because they have no means of actually paying your cashin.

    Just my solution. Why don't you run it past Laure and cc: the cashier(think name is Michael)

    You do know it's the weekend right?

    Most finance departments do not work weekends and hence cannot respond. Please be patient as this casino is accredited and your issue will most certainly be resolved.

    I actually started asking their support help mid-week but yes the older you
    get the more impatient I guess. No truly hard feeling to the casino group but
    just disappointment I guess....Maybe expectation was too high especially from
    an accredited group. I took one of the forum members input and just played it off
    and called it a day. I know better now to stay away from those freebies...hehehe
    "BUT THATS WHY THEY"RE FREEBIES"...o.k I said it before someone else did. Thanks
    all for your input......Now veering a bit....I attempted opening an account at an MG casino,
    If my "country" name is on the list when signing up...does this mean I can really play????

    Thanks. i did suggest but...

    I guess fell on deaf ears....all they kept giving me was "open an e-wallet" which for the umpteenth time told them i tried. But it was to their livechat people who I suggested to, which is another issue(they are very polite) but they have a script....not exactly a place to get things resolved. So maybe if I went directly to e-mail support things may have come out differently. But to let all know...CW not MS cashier did e-mail me today and suggested (e-wallet account at 2 places). but at least I got a reply from somewhere. But like my previous post...no biggie...but as I suggested to CW cashier...i hope they really look into this type of situation and maybe have a ready solution for the next person that finds themselves in a similar predicament. thanks

    Just read the post regarding SlotsJungle by Maxd.
    Similar to this don't you think?Though unlike that thread
    I was trying to keep within the T&C....but the point of me
    being held captive of the max w/d even after completing the w/r
    seems similar. I dont expect anything to come out of this for me,
    but maybe can help not to have this situation happen to others.
