All they say that its under investigation by a manager and when i try to reach him of course he is unreacheable. I am getting tired of calling them and sending no response emails

Shame on you for playing in an RTG casino. You're either looking for trouble or you're too desprate for their Bonus. There are only a few really reliable and good RTG casinos out there.
1. iNetBet
2. Sci-Fi
and a few more.
Unfortunately, you chose 1 which has HEAPS of problems and TONS of complains from players everywhere!

So, if you're asking what to do, I'd suggest you to actually either call them up each and everyday and look for the person said to be looking at your problem or just sit and wait (which you'll never see the money again).

Tell them that if they are going to lock your account for being too wise, they should pay your winnings first, then lock the account. It's only fair, and Montana Disputes will probably agree with this.
