I agree it would be harsh to void your winnings.
Even if that spin had of won they would of voided it so they couldn’t lose anyhow.
Similar happened to me over at lv bet or one of the L and L brands a few months back, thread here somewhere.
I accidentally spinned a £50 spin, went to chat and explained and waited for the rep to get back to me, they did and realised it was a genuine mistake and let me carry on as normal.
but the flip side, Casino cruise years ago I think I done the same, made one massive accidental bet, contacted the casino and the rep but they refused to budge even though they where in a win win situation.
Can go either way tbh, as said it’s in the terms so can always use that.
Or be decent and do the right thing.
i play their sites that belongs to the ivy affilaite for long time.
they should take this in consider that im a loyal player.
they never ever had done wrong to me.
only this time i know im in my wrong.
but i contacted them and warned about my error.
if the support told me to continue i believed its ok then to play as he made a note.
or he can tell me it is pointless to continue then i had withdraw instead of played with no chance of winning.

Give them a follow up email, as polite as you can also tomorrow asking for a update.
As said it’s clearly a error if all you state is correct and rather than lose a regular customer it probably would be in there best interests doing the decent thing.

That can help you if you have other accounts with them so they see that you are not a bad guy. For first deposit bonuses it's hardest for casinos to judge as they don't have any history to compare your actions, but as you stated to been playing with their other sites, it can be good.

But like said earlier, expect what ever decision, it's harsh to confiscate winnings like that but they have T&C:s on their side. If you are in contact with them, i would refer to your history as good player who haven't pull any trics but have deposit and lost like all others and not doing any trics now either but contacted support right away.

i never heard of this casino before.
but every now and then i get a special email from this casino inviting me to join
i googled it seems sistersites from the casinos i was vip with.
so i give them a try.

It might be worth to mention (if you didn't already) that you do have some history with them. Like said, totally new customers are harder to judge what to believe and where to be nice as you don't know anything about player, if some little "mistakes" happen all the time etc... but if you can see player been always good etc... there can be much more space for goodwill.

No idea how this group if threatening people and if they have some strict rulings no for exception etc... just in general what everything can be part of their decision.

Hi everyone, i received just now the message that my balance is re-instated they said I did indeed make a breach upon checking my history with them they re-instated .

im happy and I can move forward
