I just wanted to create a new thread rather than hijacking Redbet's.
I'm now Head of Casino at Mr Green so if you play here (or you have any queries) I'll be your contact.
Any questions or concerns just wing them over to me.

I could try to claim responsibility for this but that would be ridiculously cheeky and even more transparently untrue, the payments team are very good, they had already implemented this. :p

What about weekend cashouts Andy? I think my last withdrawal to Neteller was taken care of monday morning (dec 9) and it says 1-2 bankdays on the page. Here at CM it says weekend cashout. I can confirm that it wasn't 48h pending period. :) I think I made the withdrawal sunday afternoon.

To the ones who don't know, MrGreens christmas calendar is a really good one this year. :)

Edit: I think this is the only place I can find where I can deposit only 10 SEK with NetEller (less than 2$). :D

Maybe you can change something at Mr Green, because Mr Green policy of "core customer's" sound a bit strange to me.
Anyway since this December I decided to stop play and deposit there.

i don't know about the 48hrs pending time @ mrgreen but my last few withdraws were paid like in the hour :thumbsup:

so its a good casino to me and with andy there it can only go up now ;)

Yup, and weekend cashouts are already there, my last withdrawl was paid on Sunday, to my surprise.

Most annoying thing when playing at Mr.Green is that I get kicked out of my game every hour just to see that popup telling me that I've played an hour and lost XX amount (or won).
Its actually the main reason I dont like playing there much.
Many NetEnts have this message, but Mr. Green is the only one that interrupts my gamingsession for it.:mad:

Thanks for the input folks.

Confirmed that the pending period is no longer in place.

Cashouts are processed between 7am and midnight 7 days per week and (once KYCed) we are up there with the fastest.

wow first time I've registered with a casino based on the fantastic raves about the Manager ;)....

been 10 mins...still waiting for the validation code on my mobile.....clicked resend a couple of times too......would be easier to also have email as an option for the code...

I've not yet registered with Mr Green but I've a couple of questions:

First the annoying one (sorry Andy): Is CAD accepted?
Second, someone has mentionned SMS confirmation during registration. I really, really hate that and I've had a bad experience with this on another casino last week, is it possible to skip it?

I am sure it's probably a technical slip or some ISP lag but been over an hour now...still nothing on the sms, and can't seem to move ahead without validation

OK, but the point was that I want no SMS and no phone call or anything to do with my phone. That's what emails are for.

i think its just for a one time validation of your account .

i have never had an SMS or a phonecall from them after that :thumbsup:

Welcome back Andy :lolup:

I signed in to Mrgreen some moth ago and had a problem with my account. I made an account in GBP and tried to change it to Euro. It took some time but in the end it worked fine for me. The CS (I tried english and german support) is friendly. I never came back because I prefer casinos with an active Rep here. Now a rep is here and I will give MrGreen a new try.
