I got a small offer yesterday which i tried to take , and then my deposit was refused? So opened chat and they said it was declined from the merchants end, which i frankly don't believe, but ok...

Not that interested anyway, but, if they are right (i will follow up on this later today) then that can't really be good.

Did you try to deposit via Neteller? If so did your Security code change since your last deposit? If yes, delete your Neteller account in the Hello cashier and put it in again with the new Security ID. I had a similar problem, too. Might also apply to other payment options where some outdated data is saved.

What is the WR on the SUB? It was at some point x25b. Is it x35(d+b) now? If so I would seriously consider to withdraw now if possible.

and the bonus wagering is only bonus X25 (850 in my case)

I know what's happened here - Hello was not originally part of Caddell so they have 'granddad rules' regarding SUB-WR and being able to w/d if not touching bonus funds which is lower than the rest of the Caddell sites.

The rest of the Caddell sites however DO have a 35x D+B WR on the SUB and WR must be met before w/d.

FYI The slots you mentioned are banned from WR contribution at Hello, whereas at the rest of the Caddell sites they simply contribute far less per pound toward WR.

I think you made a good choice...even though you lost some money but that's gambling.
But playing on a game that doesn't count toward WR and then doing early withdrawal is a fast-track way to get bonus banned so if you like Hello Casino and want to play there in the future then I think it was nice of you to play a little bit more, rather than just instantly withdraw after a big win.
