Pretty sure I was bb'ed for simply winning too much, yep seriously

I have access to my accounts (although would probably need log in reminder :oops:) but not bonus enables, not seen an email from any of the group in years, although I'd assume bb is linked to marketing emails.
I would like to think that you were not BB because you won too much. But if you want me to take a look, please send through your details.

For sure, when BB'd, you should;t receive marketing emails.

These tend to be done on commercial relationships and understanding. Can't quote for all WHG brands, but it is something to consider.

It wouldn't be low bet players. I've done millions of spins at WHG at 10p/9p. Used a fair few bonuses. At one time was winning fairly well too (then NLC came along, so i tried them on 10p, and within 2 weeks had waved goodbye to a £2000 in profit account status, lol).

They're just weird when it comes to bonuses. From what I've read here over the years, I'm very suprised to still be being offered bonuses myself.

Cheers for this. Not to make waves but if you feel like being totally honest and transparent then feel free to post your findings here please. I do feel this will be 90% down to a decent run of luck and a lot of withdrawals, tied in with not many cash only deposits where I did not take a bonus at the point of deposit.

I will PM my 2 email addresses think Hello is the Hotmail one and Yahoo is the G' Day one.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on what happened at Johnny Jackpot. But if you need me to look into your Hello account, let me know.

It seems that our bonus team might be a little over zealous, but cannot comment too much without looking into these on a case by case basis. Worth noting that we have over 30 brands on the WHG platform. If they see the same person claiming a welcome bonus on lots of them, and never returning, this will show as a red flag, regardless of the players intentions. Possibly you were highlighted as such a player accidentally, whilst we were protecting ourselves form genuine bonus abusers.
Feel free to look at my account. I assumed that once JJ banned my entitlement to bonuses,they said it was group wide in their email, that all WHG sites were off limits? I will DM you my email log in if you would like to pursue it?

That's very kind but tbh there is no point, I can't remember which site it was and can't find it in my emails from four years ago. Plus I've been told in the past I play in a way which casinos don't like so I understand totally when I get the boot :D (Taking bonuses and aggressive staking is what I mean).
 
Hey Ryan is there any chance WHG installs max bet protection? I know some people who have accidentally done a big bet and they didnt pay them because they broke terms. If you are going to be so strict about a mistake, I think you guys really need to either revamp your guys policy if its a mistake you let it go or max bet protection.

Its not our fault these casinos put max bet beside spin button and take all our money because we accidentally click it ..doesnt seem ok to me

new gamblers will learn gambling from Streamers watching them do £50 a spin or £4000 Roulette is not great as safe gambling, if any regular player will spin £50 or do £4000 a spin on roulette will get ban right away by Safe Gambling team, so is not fair play, any way great to see WHG on forum, lets hope they stop banned players

Really good point here. Those of us who bet minimum and just just above stakes are punished with bans yet those who spin hundreds and more are given bonuses and VIP treatment. I see a very big flaw in the 'safe gambling' policy statement right here. I'd much rather see a more appropriate slogan of 'You spend,we reward you.' As this is what is actually happening.

The faster you pay people the more likely, still living off the dopamine hit, they ( a section )are to maybe give a % back: never understood, unless you NEVER plan on paying the player, why you'd have long W/D times.

With bonus offerings drying up, many offering the same providers etc a lot of casinos are neck and neck when it comes to players choosing where to play so it's makes sense to have the w/d times as close to industry average as possible.

I have a budget spending on gambling, and if I win I like to get paid fast, Like @PokerStars they pay less than 1min, @MrGreen less than 1min @skybet less than 1 min @Videoslots 5-10mins, and sometimes I get an offer on another casino I like to use the same money to play and not go over budget,
on WHG sometimes I use get paid in 5mins (PayPal) sometimes they just hold for 48hrs

You gave 5 stars for customer service but only one star for payout speed. I think payout speed is part of a good customer service therefore not worthy of 5 stars,in my view.
 
It's in the planning stage. The problem is the complexity of it all. Differing RTPs for each game from each operator, from differing jurisdictions, etc., etc. Believe me - it would be nice, but how would one keep that updated properly on hundreds of reviews?
In this case, it is really difficult to imagine what kind of confusion there would be.
 
Why do CM casino reviews never mention RTP? It’s a hot topic amongst a decent sized group of us here.

Anyone know what the RTPs are like on the UK side of this operation?
They used to be one of the last to have max versions on all. One of the WHG Full Cream sites. All were among my favs and regular plays.

All paid, and all worked well.

I have not visited for a while, but I believe they have lower RTP models now on some providers, hence why I stopped.

My only feedback is that the bonus offers appear when you have not visited for a while. I found that, as a frequent flyer, there were no offers, which did not encourage me to play there over and above others following the RTP drop.

Besides RTP, I never had an issue at any of the sites from the group, including Hello Casino. I was fully verified quickly and easily, and all withdrawals were paid out well within the 48 or 72-hour time frame (I forget which one it is now).

@RyanFCA Can you confirm the group's RTP policy now, please?

Edited because I see the pending period is still 48 hours. For the record, once I was verified, my withdrawals were quicker, normally on the same day or within 24 hours. Not sure if that is policy, or they were just running very efficiently :)

You understood that correctly. It would be group wide if you got a BB on one casino.

Do you have a personal experience you want me to look into regarding such incidents? If so, please send me your details. Or is there a particualr term in our T&C's which refers to this you are not happy about?

Otherwise, I will inquire about such policies this end and provide some feedback in due course.
