I am a problem gambler, I know I have a problem and I have since started attending GA meetings.
I have self excluded form pretty much every casino I can think of. I did open an account with heart bingo, deposited £1000.
I didn’t k ow these were all the same group but I also tried to open an account with jackpotjoy and was unable to, after speaking to customer service I was told I had an excluded account at rainbow ritches.
instantly my heart bingo account was closed by them for being excluded at rainbow ritches.
I have emailed and asked why I was allowed to open an account and deposit £1000 when excluded at one of their sister sites.
Tia one of their customer service agents confirmed I would not be allowed to have any accounts across their network.
I have emailed asking for deposits to be returned as once I asked about jackpotjoy account the heart bingo was instantly closed. There was clearly sufficient details for them to suddenly make the link at that point but not whilst I was depositing funds?
as I said I am aware that I have a problem and I am seeking help. I just find it increasingly frustrating that casinos are a law into themselves when it come to responsibility.
