So everyone is aware that Casinoluck moved from the EM platform to the new Aspire Global backend. I'm sure many of you have read the thread and can how diabolical this outfit has become. From top notch support on EM to useless unresponsive agents who never reply to emails and take forever to answer chats. They are just BAD at this new joint.

Well the reason for my post is not to remind you of their atrocious service but to give you a heads up on how these clowns lied to me.

So i have been hammering away at Casinoluck - Dropped a tidy sum across the group and never saw any luck. I take wins and losses. You win some, you lose many. One day, I made a withdrawal after seeing my nuts for a 5 figure sum in the last 3 months. Withdrawal wasn't HUGE but it was about 1 fifth of what I actually dropped.

So I pop on to live help and request them to process. The lovely rep advises me that my account is NOT verified. I complain and tell them that THEY called me to verify me over the phone saying they moved docs and all they need is telephonic verification to make sure I get my payouts as soon as possible (this was all a fucking lie )

Ok I think - Let me just submit the damn docs and get the account verified - 'Sorry verification / payments do not work on weekends' - Oh shit, now i'm boiling about the issue. I was told they process over weekends or else i would not play there.

Ok - Im really pissed off now so i tell the chat rep to close my account until my withdrawal is processed. She tells me sorry, no can do for 1 day - but we can do a week. I agree and we leave it at that - thinking ok, account stays closed until they verify / pay me.

I log in a while later - the account is still open and i completely lose my cool and bust out. Ok, all well and good. I've reversed many withdrawals in the past and I have itchy fingers. But its not about me losing its about the crap they tell you which is never true.

I contacted the rep - he apologized and stated that they say I left the chat before they could correct the mistake of saying there is only an option for a month exclusion and she mailed me. Thing is i never received a mail and that could also be down to every single mail of theirs landing in junk. Maybe because of the crappy 'Something is about to pay big' spam they send out almost every other day. Also, maybe i should wait another 5 minutes on every chat I have JUST in case they decide to tell me they made a mistake.

So - IF you still play there, there are a couple things to be aware of:

1. If they called you from the VIP Department and told you that you are verified - Its BULLSHIT. They did this to get players in. They will want you to submit docs when you withdraw and then again who knows how long the verification will take. Withdrawals are already stalled for 72 hours.

2. They DO NOT respond to emails to the standard email address or VIP Address. I mailed them twice asking for my account to be closed - No response in 2 days. You are better off getting on to live help. Be patient as they are SLOW. You will maybe receive an UNRELATED email from VIP support

3. All the NETENT Games basically only contribute 50% to any wagering - Some contribute nothing at all.

4. Play'n Go Games are running on a LOWER RTP setting than at most places. That's probably why you can play them there with 100% contribution.

5. They make you a 'VIP' and when it comes to the offers bring credited to you account on Sundays, 1 out of 2 times, it doesn't happen and you need to get onto that slow chat service.

6. Comp points are just a rip off - You earned them better at Every Matrix. Here they categorize you according to VIP level and it takes an arm and a leg to earn them.

All in all, Eric the rep has been helpful when issues arose. He is a good guy, but ultimately, they have taken a few steps backwards and are now not very reputable in my eyes. Ths is purely from my experience on how my case was handled. Had i NOT been lied to, it would have been another one for the 'Stupid Nate Reversal' moment book. But just in case you decide to play there - Be aware!!!

I feel for you Nate. I'm the same as you with no patience if I've been told something and it's not true.

They would not go through the accredited process now I think. At least they should lose half of their points. The only thing that is good with them is Eric, and he can obviously not change anything so...

Eric has always been awesome. Looked after my account when I had a bad run etc. Its a pity he was away on holiday at the time this happened. I can't fault the man as he is responsive and quite a gentleman.

I recall the conversation quite clearly when they called me to verify me. The 'VIP' rep told me that 'We want to make sure you are verified and there are no delays when you withdraw' - Yeah right bunch of liars!!!

I play fair, when i lose, I lose. The odd comp is always appreciated. When I win, don't try to stall me, I lose all of my screws and I can literally go bonkers.

Either they've actually been taken over by Aspire Global, and they're doing their best to keep it quiet, and they're now being run the same as their other brands

Or the owners of luck/next/wild didn't do any research in to Aspire Global before moving to their platform and either can't change the way things are done, or can't be bothered

I closed my accounts on casinoluck next and wildslots, im so fucking full of their spam emails and superior shitty terms ... there is hundreds better casinos than these 3 now..

My guess is that they've been taken over. Didn't someone say that they were in Israel?
Their support staff is gone with the wind. No other languages, the same rules as the other casinos and payments the same. Maybe Eric have something to say if he still deals with the affiliates but the daily operations is Aspire's. I don't doubt a second.

Well, well, the sharks are closing in.

They are fully Aspire properties, IMHO. And it's not just support, but the reduced amount of games and that awfully long pending period of 3 business days for withdrawals are just unacceptable. In my view, not something Eric would have agreed freely to, hence my thought is that the decisions are made by Aspire, not Eric and his team. And from my past experiences (never opened an account with any Aspire skin tough) this is very much in line with Aspire's policy to delay payments as much as possible.

I posted today proof as to how amateurish they have become: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/casinoluck-and-nextcasino-are-changing-platform.78087/

I've given you the heads up on the "just platform change " long time ago ....

The domain m.casinoluck.com has been listed as "inactive" under the EM UKGC license. At the same time casinoluck.com is clearly shown in the AG license list!

You guys are trusting "Uncle GOOGLE" too much !!!!

Not at all. We knew they would change platform, not moral and ethics. There are a lot of platforms today that offers casinos to operate through them. That doesn't mean that if one casino that are run there are bad, that all of them are. Not at all.
Here unfortunately it's a total make-over.

I believe Aspire acquired a 30% stake in Casino Luck earlier this year. They have there HQ in Israel but are listed in Stockholm. Karamba is their primary B2C brand.

You can read more about them here: wwwdotaspireglobaldotcom/investors (don't want to give them a valuable link)

Here unfortunately it's a total "take over" my dear...

Casinoluck used to be my casino of choice, but havnt spent a penny there since their move and asked them to close my account which took 20 emails back and forth with them trying and trying to get me to deposit lol

Thats when I know a casino is not right when they beg deposits.

Same happened to Jackpot Party, I loved them too but didnt give the new owners a cent.

You read Matti's post. Just 30%...which is bad enough. Karamba is a swear word over here and no I don't like this at all. :eek2: ...especially not the Swedish part.

I'm not reading anyone's posts .... I've just got enough experience!! Don't rush to judge "newbies"!

Would you be so kind to name 1 good casino from the group in question ?

As far as I know I haven't said a single good word about them since they changed platform, so I don't know what you want me to say. Oh, I forgot. You're not reading any posts.

I can't name 1 good casino from that group since I've never heard of any good one. I'm not judging. I just said you weren't the first messenger but many here wanted to give them a chance since they were so good before. That's not wrong, but now we know that they will never be the same again.

Here we go back to the point :) it's not a "make over" it's a "take over" ! You sell- I buy !

You can't expect form such a platform like AG to run a good casino!

The platform providers run the casinos , they all work in the same office, no matter how many casinos they operate! They are the same people.

That's the reason why so many different casinos using the same platform have the same/similar terms and conditions , Pending periods , etc. ...

Well all fingers point to a take over, If not than they seem to have full controll of the casino's. I have seen before that when you are under a platform than thats who has the control. O.K so the sites can have some say such as most probably pushing the withdraws quicker and minor changes but if you look at every platform and sites under it than the rules are rarely different bar some lines.

What do we know? They are using the systems live chat, auto emails, platforms crap promo's, also even the rep stated that cash outs would be in 24hr it seems this is not that case and the proof is Harrys post that the terms have just been updated, yet they still added the 3 day pending?

Why on earth they would do that is beyond me. Time will soon tell

I stopped playing at CL a while ago because of their horrendous bonus T&Cs.

The $2.50 max bet rule while using bonuses if you deposit with Skrill or Neteller was the dealbreaker for me. Too scared I would forfeit my winnings.

It's a shame because they were great before the platform change.

I have played at these casinos without any problems since the changeover but this thread has me thinking twice. Don't think I will deposit there again. Plenty of good casinos out there:thumbsup:

I have had no problems either so cant understand whats going on here. This puts me off playing also with no ERIC coming onto any of the threads now also..

I also have to stress I have played and had no problems with cash out etc and been paid whiten a day.

Whats putting me off is the less frequent vists from Eric and the f4uked up terms, especially now they just updated yet still state 3 days. Why would a casino allow this to happen? This would put any new customer off plus does not put old customers at ease.

Its really alarming that the rep states one thing yet the terms another and even updated terms contradict Eric  and seen first class hand that cash out is not that long for me on a number of occasions but some have said they waited longer than a day

Only thing I can think off is that the system is an auto 48hrs but the crew at theses casino's are pushing the cashouts out quicker.

I do feel for them if it is the platform that is not allowing the changes
