Recent warning from ThePogg:

Think of it this way - if you go into an offline casino, approach the Blackjack table, buy in for £1000 and proceed to place a bet of £310 (exceeding the 30% max rule but allowed by the table limits), how fair do you think you'd find it if the operator then seized your winnings, your bet and the entirety of the the rest of the £1000 you bought in for?

See ThePogg's Old / Expired Link for details.

Very interesting:

After the intervention of the MGA (who I have to say have really put a lot of time into helping us with the various issues caused by this term), the Conan Group have decided to remove this term from the MGA licensed properties. Players from the complaints we are aware of have not been paid, but at least this should prevent future issues.

All players should be giving this group a very wide berth - the way these terms have been enforced is in our opinion completely rogue, the changes in terms appear to have been forced and we predict many other issues coming in against the Curacao regulated properties where there is no viable regulator to contact.

Thanks for the heads-up.
