Think Slotsmillion needs a good review, no answer to PM's, not forum active, takes days to get a simple document verified, intermittantly answers emails, sometimes its an hour but others take a couple days and loads of late pays........Doesnt seem to fit the Accredited model

Pretty sure the affy payments communication is shit hot however.
Sadly... this is an issue across the board. Most programs these days ignore emails and dont bother responding to queries.

Unless you are a big portal, the tiny buggers like us just get shafted and ignored.

But clearly they are. Louis is missing the "Last seen.." activity bit on their profile, unlike others. I've seen some other reps do that as well in the past, though I can't recall any specific names right now.

Can't quite understand why you'd hide when you're online/last seen though especially as a casino representative on a forum ..

Many reps are reps in name only. CM deals with what they're given, I just think many treat maintaining accreditation as an afterthought.

Again, it's not even just the lengthy hide-and-seek absences, but how they don't even respond when logged on!

Or create secondary Q & A threads vowing to address ongoing concerns, and then giving stock answers or not answering questions at all

Should reps who hide when they were last online be able to do that? Ie @Louis
The amount of times ive seen Reps online LOOKING at threads where they have been tagged and then not even respond is so wrong, There managers need to be informed how bad they are at there job IMO, They here representing the casino.

I'd assume even though us users can't see his online status, the admins can. Certainly was the case when I used to admin a forum, using this software I think as well ;)

Yep something we could see, we're working on this. we have some "Downgrade Candidates", but something we should manage internally with all the Admin Staff.
